we had a quick update and there will be a full report at the c4a conference in may in san jose. and then we looked at modernizing our report. quarterly or most quarters the representatives of tacc from the local area agencies produce a report and sometimes there is a lot of demographic information. when i do that report i make sure that the department has a copy as well, but it is a summary basically of what executive director dearman has told us at council meetings and commission meetings. but every--executive director dearman just mentioned, every aaa is structured differently. woo eare unique as a city and county, so means things work in my opinion a little more smoothly. and we are small. where some aaa's include 5 northern california counties that are incredibly rural so there are lots of challenges. so we are looking also at the code that created the councils and then we had our regular master plan on aging update and then the legislation that the commission itself is tracking and those are listed here as well. so, our next tacc meeting will be the c4a conference. there is
