[applause] our next speaker is denver mayor, michael hancock. mayor hancock was sworn in as denver's 45th mayor and july 2011, previously served two terms as denver city council president and was the youngest ceo of the urban league chapter anywhere in the country. he's a leader on neighborhood issues, city finance this, economic development and children's issues. he is here to speak on denver's workforce strategy to support business growth through industry news. thank you for joining us today, mayor hancock.
