rosa and many of the other cities and communities surrounding santa rosa. so that's where we're seeing some pretty heavy rainfall right now, but much of the bay area will be getting something similar here as we move through out this evening hours, and we know the winds will continue to pick up as well. we are, of course, tracking this system here on our radar, we will have continued. doing coverage here throughout the evening. and officials are keeping an eye on rivers and creeks here in the bay area, especially after all of the flooding that we saw last weekend, the arroyo day laguna stream and pleasant in is one of the waterways being closely monitored today. the 7.5 mile long stream runs from the san ramon creek to the alameda creek is expected to rise about a foot tonight. the stream caused a flood and landslide during a big storm back in 2017, which damaged homes in the area. the national weather service is urging people to heed the one morning turnaround. don't drown . they say most flood related deaths and injuries could be avoided if people would no
