police say they are investigating an incident involving a stolen police cruiser. police set officers were following a car on 695 near washington boulevard. the suspect and an officer got into a physical altercation and the suspect took off in the cruiser. no one was injured. the suspect was arrested. the price at the pump could go even higher. >> the governor wants to raise the gas tax gradually over time. jennifer franciotti has the details. >> the price at the pump could go up by 21 cents over the next three years. gas has its own tax. he governor's plan would add

>> a california teen is accused of killing his parents. their bodies were found last week. the teenager was adopted 10 years ago. there was some friction and the family with the teenager spending too much time at the occupy camps. a dentist was using paper clips. he lost his license and pleaded guilty to several charges including assault and battery and defrauding medicaid. he was ordered to stay away from several patients. >> the postal service will announce a black heritage stamp honoring johnson. this is the 35th stamp in the

boulevard. the suspect and the officer got into a physical altercation. the incident ended in baltimore city. no one was injured. the suspect was arrested. we will have more information as it becomes available. a quest to dismiss charges of for a new jersey abortion doctor accused of killing five fetuses in maryland. the fetuses died in new jersey and not maryland. he lost his new jersey medical license after he was beginning second trimester abortions in new jersey. >> an investigation into the discovery of a body at the patapsco river. not much information is available.

homicide is investigating. a private jet overshoots the runway at the airport. the plane was carrying two passengers and landed in a grassy area on monday evening. the incident is under investigation. >> governor martin o'malley outlines his plan to increase the gas tax. jennifer franciotti has more. >> the price of gas has its own tax. the governor's proposal adds the sales tax to the price but not at once. he will face in at 2% a year. the money generated estimated to be $613 million would be used to fix roads and bridges.
