i found highlights from recent progress in maryland schools. we're talking about evidence of student learning and teacher evaluations and more program requirements. overall, this new report gave maryland public schools a d plus. this comes from the national council on teacher quality. it's a research and policy group to make sure that every child has an effective teacher. maryland improves slightfully delivering well prepared teachers and they remained the same in scanning the teacher pool....
