ama: new developments. a vigil happened in sacramento tonight. family and friends mourned the loss of nichols. nichols grew up in sacramento an enjoyed skateboarding before moving to memphis. he was beaten by five memphis police officers after a traffic stop, then taken to a hospital where he died three days later. reporters caught up with president biden where he spoke about the need for police reform. >> think we should have done it right now. we should have done it before. i did it by execute order on the federal side. ama: the president is meeting
