suburb of texas. you can see from the map there how many different smaller texas cities they will be traveling through. and that is by design, especially because it gives all of those people a chance to say their goodbyes. the people who did not have the opportunity to take off of work or to leave or to make the drive down to houston and see the president lying in repose at his church there, or to be outside, sort of see the circus that is all of the dignitaries and the people from all over arriving to pay their respects. this gives them an opportunity to do that as the train rolls through their small texas towns the train funeral car, the one that is painted like an american flag, that is the car out of the 13 cars on the train carrying of the flag draped casket. and it is on display for all to see, and a plexiglass window with special lighting. so we have seen people gathering by the thousands alongside the road up above those bridges just to get a glimpse. and you know what's really interesting abo

so in texas the model work. not only did weno avoid doping more prisons we actually closed the prisons in texas. again this sounds a little shocking if you are from other parts of the country when you hear about arere tough on crime legislation but lerach's able to close a prisons because they were no longer needed because of these reforms. we quickly saw a reduction in both incarceration and crime rates by double digits at the same time. this to me is the essence of criminal justice reform. there are some that say we need to do criminal justice reform because well we just simply imprisoned too many people in there others that say we imprison people for offenses that are disproportionate for what they have done. to me the essence of criminal justice reform is reducing the crime rate. in other words increasing and improving public he. other states took notice of what was happening and started to do the same. georgia, rhode island, a north carolina quickly followed suit and we have seen a several other states acro
