weather fronts across the north of scotland probably getting squished. so it should be a brighter kind of day here on tuesday. and those temperatures continue to climb — 25 in glasgow, some 26s across england and wales. but it gets even warmer than that as we head into the middle part of the week. so more of that fine, settled, sunny weather to come on wednesday, maybe a bit of fair weather cloud building across the skies of northern ireland and west scotland, but not really spoiling the sunshine at all. and those temperatures, well, we're looking at highs — 25 in glasgow, but up to 29 around the london area, 26 in cardiff. it will feel warm in that sunshine wherever you are. now, the end of the week looks fine as well. but heading into next weekend, the blocked jet stream pattern starts to break down and move eastwards and that means we'll start to get this trough moving in to the west of the uk. and these trough patterns are responsible for areas of low pressure and cooler air flow coming back in off the atlantic. so there will be some changes in t
