we're at 30% for our four largest reservoirs in northern california. so we still have some work to do. we don't want it all at once but see very low levels with our largest reservoirs across the state. we're also going to see rainfall deficits catching up. look at santa rosa. we have a minor rainfall deficit that most likely will go in a surplus over the next few days. in san francisco as well as oakland, we've measured about the same amount of rainfall, nearly 13 inches of rain for the water year and we're at a huge surplus there. for livermore, we are now at close to 10 inches measured so far and that's about 5 inches above what's normal. the most in oakland at 189% of the normal amount for this date. and we know that there is more on the way. this is the next storm system that will be approaching today. it is a lot weaker, not packing as much moisture as we saw and also not all the way connected to what we call the pineapple express. it's a little discorrected. we're not going to see that enhanced rainfall. as far as wind gusts today with this being
