had him pinned in the specific house, in their latest update yesterday police say they had not had any contact with frein, never had a gunfire, fight with him at all. so, they did show off these pictures of an assault rifle and ammunition magazines that they found close to where where his jeep was abandoned and they believe he stashed them for later use. that is just what they are thinking. they have in prove of that. but since they long believed he had two high powered rifles he still has that one with the snipper scope that he likely used to shoot those troopers ten days ago and one he can fire from real far away with deadly accuracy making this search for him one where agents, troopers to have watch every step they take over about 250 miles of mountain, and thick woods. that is how big this search area is. you mentioned schools be closed chris and kerry. even the the catholic school monsignor mchugh also shutting down here for a second week so far. so it is a day today decision with those schools but they are airing on the side of safety for sure.

in critical condition. delaware state police say bus crash happened just before 4:30 yesterday afternoon, tour bus traveling south on route one, attempted to exit an off ramp at route 13 in new castle ape failed to negotiate a curve and flipped on to its side. police say when crew as arrived on the scene the 49 passengers and bus driver were scattered across the area. two passengers died, a 54 year-old woman from new york city and a 30 year-old woman from turkey. police say they are wait to go talk the two driver. he had minor injuries. they also plan to exhibit a bus to check for mechanical issues. the tour bus company is based in new york city and on a sight seeing trip returning home from washington d.c. when it overturn. new pennsylvania state police say their collision reconstruction unit is investigating. we will continue to follow this story, chris and kerry. >> jennifer joyce live for us, thank you. 6:07, the eagles heading to san francisco next weekend to take on the 49ers, the the birds staying undefeated yesterday, thanks to a hard

a tornado ripped through michigan yesterday, this was a brief but powerful storm whipped up wind gusts up to 90 miles an hour, several roofs were torn off of homes. official says this tornado lasted about two minutes. meanwhile the the weather is helping fire fighters battling a fierce wild fire in northern california. >> those fire fighters we understand are making progress, thanks to the cool, wet weather. officials are saying at least three dozen structures have been destroyed and more than 2,000 people's vac waited. more than 5,000 fire fighters from as far as florida and alaska are helping to fight these flames. a tent city has been erected to give them the support they need. man charged with start ago this fire is being held on ten million-dollar bail. and, 6:11 right now. sue is joining us for a check of the weather and the

search is is underway for three missing afghan stan national army soldiers. these three soldiers were reported missing saturday from a training per size from the cape cod military base. up investigators say they were last seen at a cape cod mall in hyannisport. the national guard, rather says these soldiers were cleared by the u.s. state department to participate in training. man accused of jumping the fence at the white house is expect in federal court today in washington. >> so this security breach has a lot of critics calling for an investigation. i mean how did this happen? authorities say omar gonzales of texas made it into the the white house and he was carrying a knife. gonzales ace retired army gunman. he has no prior convictions or arrest warrants. he was not under the influence at the time of the incident. critics say there is in way the incident should have have ever happen.

plan retreat. they still think he is hiding out close by, only they believe getting 15 to 20 miles away at most, since the shoot-out with the original troopers, two fridays ago. if you were watching anybody but jennifer joyce on friday night, you may have heard a lot of wrong stuff like that there was a shoot-out going on? that police had him opinion in the house and they were exchanging gunfire. none of that reported was correct at all. jennifer did have it right, in shots fired. they did put out pictures as you can see of an automatic rifle ape ammo they found. they did in the say how far way they found it from where they were looking but it was about 2 miles, where they found his jeep abandoned and they didn't say when he thinks he may have left that stuff there but they do think he may have left split to come back and get to it use later. they did not say why they are so confident that he is still not far from where troopers were shot ten days ago, but pocono mountain schools are

investigators giving out these news updates says he doesn't think frein is out to harm school kid or residents but it is law enforcement with a special deep seeded hatred of the state police in particular. why that is, in one knows or at least that the police know they are not the saying but in of that is much comfort to the locals around here waiting for either a shoot-out or a peaceful surrender. they don't expect to see a peaceful surrender if this guy began this whole thing trying to kill cops in the first place. it goes on here we are day ten no new official update since 3:00 yesterday and nothing new for sure unless something major happens somehow where we are not expecting anything new until at least after 8:00 o'clock today, chris and kerry. >> steve keeley, thanks very much. 6:35. philadelphia police investigating a triple shooting in the king sessing neighborhood. police say about 21 shots were fired in the 1300 block of south paxson street just after is 11:30 last night. two men were taken to the

hospital in critical condition after being struck. a woman also suffered a grazed wound. police say it is unclear right now if the shooting victim was the ones that were actually being targeted or if they were just kind of caught rather. police are looking for two shooters. delaware state police trying to figure out what caused a tour bus to flip over yesterday afternoon, and kill two passengers. >> jennifer joyce live in christiana hospital in newark with the very latest on this. have one on board suffered pretty serious injuries including broken bones, jennifer? >> reporter: we're hearing some people from bumps and bruises to broken bones to a few people in critical condition. we know that some of the people are being treated here at christiana hospital, and as you mentioned the investigation into what caused this crash will continue today. delaware state police say it was just before 4:30 yesterday afternoon when the tour bus traveling south on route one attempted to exit off a ramp on to route 13 in new you

castle, failed to negotiate a curve and flipped on to its side. when crew as live on the scene the 49 passengers, and driver were scattered across the the area. two passengers died. a 54 year-old woman from new york city and 30 year-old woman from turkey. the rest of the people than board were transported to area hospitals for treatment and again a few are listed in critical condition. >> you can imagine the the first responders that pulled up on this including troopers, e ms, fire department personnel, were met with 49 injured people. it is in varying degrees of injuries too including broken bones, abrasions. it will be a long investigation here to determine exactly what happened. we have to interview the driver when he is medically cleared to ask him what happened. he was on this off ramp. we will check the bus out, examine that bus, inspect that bus to see if there are mechanical issues to that bus. >> reporter: police say the the bus company is based in

here's is what happening today, we have had a cold front coming through, last night and it sort of settled to our south. so high pressure is in the process of build ing in, but this low pressure system to our north is still around.
