the couple the women pulled a gun and shot him in the left leg. police say it looks like someone broke into a car on the street. the couple ran off, officers are trying to find them. now to the latest on the deadly shooting inside a washington state high school. more details are emerging this morning built alleged gunman jaylen fryburg. he was not a loner, very popular on the football team, as this video shows recently named homecoming prince. a media social account says he was struggling someone, possibly an argument over a girl. he killed one classmate and wounded four others before turning the gun on himself. >> possible shooting at the high school in the cafeteria. >> reporter: that police scanner describing the scene at

mariesville high school. >> we have two involved, two deceased. >> reporter: two at the local hospital, the other two at harbor view medical center. on the scene, motive is unclear. were they targeted specifically. that is something police here are trying to figure out. but eyewitnesses and law enforcement sources identify the shooter as jay rent fryburg. during a lunch session he opens fire in the cafeteria. >> i hear four gunshots, i looked behind me and i saw a gunpointed at this one table. >> the school in lockdown, students huddled in classrooms after -- only let out until

after the threat was gun, a girl was killed. the weapon used was acquired legally. abc news, los angeles. >> police are investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian. chopper 6 was over the scene in trenton. police say a pedestrian was hit by are a car before 9:30 p.m. the driver stopped shortly after the incident no word if the driver will face charges in the accident. chopper 6hd was above the scene of a shooting of a 16-year-old boy in northern liberties. it happened at 9:00 p.m. on fairmount avenue. no word on his condition. police are looking for two men seen leaving the scene on foot. a storied high school football rivalry did not takes place at central bucks west high school because the football season was canceled that meant no homecoming game against

central bucks east. the decision came following hazing allegations. the district found several freshmen on the team were forced to perform humiliation acts. most of the students we spoke with were disappointed how the decision and the acts that prompted it have affected it. >> to go to the biggest game of the year and find out it's canceled is definitely disappointing. >> every member of the coaching staff has been suspended for allowing the situation to get out of control. as the manhunt for accused cop killer eric frein continues a man is charged by police for lying to police saying that frein asked for entrance into canada and needed false

identity. it isn't true. frein has been on the run since killing an officer in the poconos another officer was killed. tom wolf will get some big star power in the days before election day, president obama is expected to make a stop in the keystone state. wolf is challenging tom corbett for his seat in harrisburg. matt o'donnell spoke with candidates for a special inside story. both candidates for pennsylvania governor stopped by our studios sitting down for exclusive one on one. >> what they call a progressive or federal style income tax. >> what about you and the fees that have gone up uncapping the
