that is the only way i vent myself when i am out here singing and partying. >>reporter:he was at the financial field in parking lot "p." his leg was secured at the back of a scooter. he does this when it bothers him. a woman in his 20s jumped on his lap and broke his microphone. she offered to pay for it. he said not to worry. >> she was inebriated that is all. >>reporter:several chased her. she disappeared in the crowd. >>reporter:the leg turned up in the olney transportation center. if this is a joke, he is not laughing. >> they call it the city of brotherly love. i don't know about that sometimes. >>reporter:katherine scott, "action news."

he shared his story today. the man that uses the twitter handle fan since 09 spoke to rosie o'connell on "the view." how he took it upon himself to do something about the crime that he calls horrific. >> i had a bunch of people that is retweeting, he had 60 something thousand. we got it in front of 100,000 eyes. if 15 people were looking for them somebody is going to recognize or know somebody. that is why i realized which can help. >> after reviewing the surveillance video and connecting them to a group of people that went to a specific restaurant the man alerted the investigators. the three were chargekind. the accusecharged.sexual orienta

motive. for the first time since the arrest of high school football players that were accused of sexually abusing teammates. the sex crimes happened during a 10 day period last month. a candlelight vigil was held at the school. there was an incident of an unsecured bounce house that suddenly flew into the area. the 2 and 3 year old boys climbed in a bounce house at the fall festival. it launched the inflatable 30 feet into the area. it slammed to the ground. one the boys suffered critical injuries. the bounce house owner says it was not secured to the ground because it was not open to the public yet.

the boy's father disagrees. >> there was no occasion. i asked how much was it? he said it was free. >> this is the latest involving unsecured bounce houses in china one flipped over and injured 14 people. back in july a dust devil in nevada launched a slide 300 feet and injured two people. news tonight with david muir with the bounce house accident in new hampshire. and the hazing allegations involving the sayreville football players. a man is charged for attacking a police officer in medford. douglas was violent inside a home. when the officers tried to arrest him. douglas threw an object at him and locked him in a room and refused to come out.

this went on for several hours as the investigators went into the room and found douglas sleeping and arrested him. from the delaware newsroom a man was charged in wilmington. he's out on bail tonight. 55-year-old robert hickson hilt a group of men their heritage farm drive. stephen devario died at the scene. hickson was under the influence of alcohol at the time o time oe incident. a female driver was heading down the road when she slammed into a parked car. the collision flipped her car on its side. the victim did not survive the impact. no one else was hurt. and traffic are right snarled this morning in the southbound lanes before

cancer. here is ali gorman. >>reporter:women have about a 1 and 8 chance of developing breast cancer in their lifetime. chances of beating it the first time are better than ever. the doctors are turning their attention to why cancer sometimes comes back. >> karen was a young and busy mom when she got her diagnosis. >> i had three young kids, 5, 3 and 13. >>reporter:after nine grueling month was treatment karen was cancer-free but not worry-free. >> we know if it comes back it's not good. the fear of recurrence is the number one thing that my patients are asking about. >>reporter:dr. pam delashell says there is no way to predict that. she and dr. lewis chaudis are

monday night, jim is off. i am rick williams. the new septa engineers reach a new agreement. and three firefighters are hurt as flames race through a delaware county home this afternoon. the big story tonight is rising concerns about the deadly ebola virus. both locally and across the nation. today the federal health officials are warning the hospitals throughout the u.s. to think ebola and to watch for patients that may have fever for symptoms of the virus especially if they traveled to the three african nations that were stricken with ebola. a nurse was the first to catch

the disease within the united states. ali gorman joins us now with all the latest developments. >>reporter:rick, that sparked a lot of questions. the head of the c.d.c. will launch an investigation to find out how the nurse is infected. they are making changes now to keep other health care workers safe. >> we have to rethink the way that we address ebola infection control. >>reporter:the teams are in dallas investigating how this nurse, nina pham, was infected with the deadly ebola virus. she was several health care workers that cared for thomas eric duncan. first person to key of ebola in the united states. she is in stable condition. er
