"action news" eva pilgrim filed this report. >> reporter: overnight a memorial service for thomas duncan the first person to die from ebola in the u.s. this morning concerns about another possible ebola case in the u.s. a sheriff's deputy who went to duncan's apartment is being kept in isolation while being tested for the disease.

amtrak track issues. >> we have vandalism at a local school because someone spray painted graffiti on the front door. eva pilgrim is live. >> reporter: hallahan officials worked fast to remove the gra graffiti that was spray painted on the door. someone driving by the school on the 300 block of 19th street noticed the word spray painted on the door and called police who quickly notified the school, maintenance staff immediately came to the school to remove the graffiti. >> we don't wants the kids to come in and see it, that's the main entrance for them, that's where they walk into school everyday. you don't want that. we never have that, we don't have racial graffiti, nothing, we have a little bit of graffiti, but everybody does.

>> reporter: cool, we're cool to start out. looking live on sky 6 there's the airport, we are looking for delays in our most traveled destinations, not seeing anything this morning. the temperatures are 55 in philadelphia, and some spots in the 40s. the winds are out of the west at 8 miles per hour. i'll bring in the always on seven day on the left-hand side of the screen for those of you watching in hd. we have high, streaky cloud cover developing over the city, but it's thin. this cloud cover to the west might streak in later in the day, but generally speaking we're looking at a bright one. in terms of winds not as blustery as yesterday. you'll see the winds will shift out of the west for the most of the day. this is not as bad as yesterday where we had wind gusts up to 20 and 30.

traffic, matt. >> reporter: they say let the festivities begin, we say let the delays begin on the roads. we have a delay on 422 eastbound side from past 29 the collegeville interchange into 23 valley forge national park. there's a crash 422 eastbound approaching trooper road, so people are moving extra slowly slowing down to see what's going on on the shoulder. the good news both lanes are open, but the 0 bad news it's a solid line past 23 on 422. a new accident new hanover by the car corner, big road charlotte street. we have a wreck county line and keith valley road. we have an accident along buck road involving a deer.

watch out for them is your out and about. on the schuylkill expressway we have the normal westbound slowing by belmont at 14 miles per hour. and we continue to watch this accident, actually i believe the accident cleared during the commercial break while we were not looking at the camera. the accident was right here, now out of the way, but you see heavy westbound traffic coming away from university avenue. matt. >> thanks, matt. developing overnight, crowds clashed with police after learning that an off-duty police officer shot and killed a man. the 6-year veteran was working a security job. he shot and killed a man during a chase saying that the man fired at the off duty officer first, three shots, in fact. relatives of the dead man do not believe he was armed, but police

say they recovered a weapon at the scene. the investigation continues into a deadly fire at an assisted living facility in in in media. crews contained the fire to one room, but someone became trapped in that unit, the victim was pronounced at the scene. >> a north jersey school district that canceled its football season is declining to comment on new disturbing claims of hazing. according to the parent of a player, upper classman pinned fleshman to the floor and touched them in a sexual nature. the allegations of intimidation and bullying are the subject of a criminal investigation. no charges have been filed. >> we're following a developing story, so is "good morning america." new possible cases of the deadly
