"action news" continues with adam joseph, jaime apody, rick williams and monica malpass. hello again, here is what is happening on "action news" tuesday night. a turning of the tide at the gas pump means more money in the pocket of drivers. three men share in the excitement of a new jersey wedding but they weren't invited and now they are facing criminal charges, and the new miss america is already embroiled in controversy, nine days after winning it's crown. now the details, you may have notice that filling up your gas tank is costing less these days and experts say it's a trend that is likely to happen in your area and around the country. $3.43 a gallon, that is the national average, but in delaware $3.27 and the cheapest spot is $3.16 in south jersey. vernon odom is live with more.

be less polluting, but in the fall there is a cheaper blend of gasoline, the winter blend and that brings the prices down. this takes place almost every autumn but this feels good to folks from all walks of life. >> it means more spendable money, disposable income. >> i hope it goes lower. >> it will probably go lower between now and halloween. >> that would make me even a happier customer. >> all the turmoil in the middle east has so far not hurt supply and jacked up prices. >> the demand is high and and the switch over to the cheaper gasoline it's a recipe for saving money at the pump. >> many experts believe that the average price will drop another 10 to 20 cents by the end of october, in other words around

well, she just started her national media tour and already coming with it is some controversy. newly crowned miss america, kira has admitted she was kicked out of her college sorority by making light of hazing in an

meteorologist, adam joseph is here with a look at the crisp, conditions. >> we dropped to 39 in allentown this morning. now we get rid of the chill and add rain to the mix and bring summer back. a lot going on the next few days. looking at double scan live, the blue sky is upstairs and milky white to the sky with high clouds in southern new jersey and delaware, and some of that cloud cover pushing in from the south, dover 64 and millville 65, and sea isle city, 60 degrees and sunshine north and west, allentown and reading philadelphia 72 and trenton

coming in at the 70 degree mark, the clouds marked up the i-95 corridor and down to north carolina before you bumped in the showers and weak low pressure is developing east of the florida and the low will slowly drift up the coast and not a tropical feature so to speak and a depression on tropical storm just a weak coastal low that moves in our direction for midweek. but the problem here is we got the low to the south and high to the north and the two different pressures sends a wind to the east and the clouds thicken up and they arrive in philadelphia. and the rain turns heavy overnight on wednesday and thursday a high of 66 and 1 to 2 inches of rain are likely and it should not create much in the way of flooding in our waterway, since we need 6 inches of rain

more than 20 interviews and close to two weeks after the attack on the gay couple, arrest warrants are issued for three people in buck county. two men and one woman. >> today the district attorney approved arrest warrants, the buck county residents will be charged with aggravated assault and related offenses. they are among those in this group captured on surveillance video on september 11th, the three facing charges attacked a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old man on chancellor street. the victims say the attackers made dispartialing remarks about their sexual orientation and beat them. >> now the district says this vicious attack shocked the entire country and an attack because of someone's
