at the store on the corner of aramingo avenue and ontario street. police say that man fired the shot into the store through a window after employees refuse to let him in. no one was hurt. >> dzhokhar tsarnaev accused in the attack killed three people, injured hundreds more. it could take a while to pick an injury. >> i with his older brother dead, 21 year old dzhokhar tsarnaev stance trial alone on 30 federal charges connecting to the bombings of the 2013 boston marathon. >> three people died that day. hundreds of others suffered some casino of injury. many lost limbs. many of them have wait add long time to see dzhokhar stand trial at least some of them are expected to testify. he has pleaded not guilty to charges against him. deface lawyers by judy clark tried to pin some of the blame on the older brother, died days after the bombings in confrontation with police. because so many people have seen the images, from the first explosion, to the capture of dzhokhar tsarnaev outside of boston, finding impartial jury may take time. >> defense and prosecution will select 12 jurors, and six alternates from a pool of about 1200 people. prosecutors expect that, and the rest of the trial to take about four months, to complete >> also happening today, preliminary hearing scheduled for the man charged with killing a pennsylvania state trooper and wounding another. >> what we can expect in this hearing today? >> that hearing set to begin

good morning happy monday everybody. welcome back to work. welcome back to school. coming off nice long holiday week perhaps, starting to finds winter, making its surge in here. sin we were enjoying relatively milder air us a of late. showing signs every life, i have seen few flurries flying, few of the field cams, but really all looking ahead to today. we got to talk about what's coming tomorrow. notice time stamp future weather, 11:00 p.m. tonight still generally clear but the clouds will be thickening through the overnight and that's as our next clipper system starts to advance in. looks can be a lot worse than the actual bite of this thing. and it is going to be system that i think messes with us, generally, during the daylight hours of tomorrow, but not talking about much more than nuisance amounts although, i guarantee travel delays from it. that said, here's where we stand right now not bad right? this is not factoring in the windchill, however my friend. we in the mid 30's, low 40's, a lot of locations, but you do again have to factor in the wind. that and the fact that temperatures are also going to be declining through the day. so as of 9:00 a.m. we should be at best into the upper 30's notice the drop off, it is gradual granted, but with the winds kicking in, and i can certainly a test to this having been on the skydeck all morning, when the wind blows it really makes it feel awfully chilly. so bundle up, like it will feel a lot colder than the thermometer reads, generally it will feel no better than 209's, looking a led to tomorrow again there will be some snow in the forecast, we will talk more about amounts timing, little later in the show jess, we sent it into you. >> thanks, good morning

>> reporter: at home in rural kentucky larry wilkins finished watching the local evening news when his dog started barking. >> i went to the door and there was a little girl about seven years old crying, not bad, lip quivering pretty good pretty bloody, bloody nose arms and legs were scratched up real bad. and she told me that her mom and dad was dead. >> the seven year old is the only survivor from a friday night plane crash. her mom dad sister and cousin dead, after their small twin engine piper traveling crashed in the woods of win kentucky. the fact the little girl survived is all the more incredible, when considering what she had to do to get help. >> she had just walk three quarters after mile, through very, very rough territory. and she was barefooted. she had one sock on her foot. that was all. and she was dressed for florida, wearing shorts and light little blouse, no coat. >> wilkins said the seven year old likely spot add light on at his house and made her way toward t a kentucky state police officer who also helped the little girl seemed to speak for most when he said -- >> just real a miracle. >> if you could see the terrain, you would realize how incredible it really was. she is a terribly brave little girl. >> wow. that report from nick, the girl by the way now out of the hospital and back home with family in illinois. 8:16. here's your traffic and weather together. >> good morning, ukee, good morning, everybody, a lot of people headed back to work back to school today after nice long break from the holiday. as we take you out here to
