of newborn and arrest of mother hypernkemberly dorvilr s tonight. >> this is the place the baby was pronounced walter. this was a monstrous crime. difficult to fathom. the mother behind bars as one ponders which bar baric act. this is dorvilier 22-year-old woman in prison charged with killing her newborn baby by setter her on fire. it unfolded outside the home of david joseph around 11:00 last night. >> it was a nightmare. >> joseph says he and his family looked out of the window on the side of the road and saw something on fire. they saw a woman standing there. she allegedly told them she was burning dog waste she found in her vehicle and then told her to put it out she put it out grabbed a bottle of water and poured it on. there my wife was down there.

million dollars. phl17, i'm vernon odom. >> all right. thank you vernon. >> to a developing story out of center city a water main break has a hotel scrambling to find other combinations for its guests. the buildinging is without water tonight because of a ruptured maipch the 12" main burst 5 p.m. tonight. south 12th between market and chestnut remains blocked as crews work to restore the water. >> we have to wait for everybody to mark off utilities before we can dig the streets and do repairs. it will take 8 to 10 hours to restore water. >> and the electricity was knocked out for a period of time and was restored. hotel was at 90% capacity at the time. spokesperson says some guests chose to be relocated in other hotels across the city where

gunfire broke out this morning inside a mall in central florida ending with two people killed and others injuries and what they labeled a domestic dispute. 100 shoppers and workers were inside the melbourne square mall when 57-year-old map shot his wife and killed himself and another man died in the shooting. the wife was injured but remains hospitalized in good condition. well, several country as cross europe remain on high alert in the wake of recent terror attacks in france. today hundreds of military and local police officers were deployed to guard against
