tuesday night a montgomery county mom was in court today accused of sex with a teen, that she met at a high school football game. and, dirty money, someone has been busy stealing christmas tips meant for trash collectors, tonight police say they have got their man but there might be more victims out there. but the the big story on "action news" tonight is the fatal shooting of a man by office hours say that he posed a threat to police. it happened in drexel will hill this evening a as investigators went to arrest a man that they say posted violent rants on line but both started flying when his alleged threats took a real
