>> saturday night i'm walter perez a child finds a razorblade inside a candy bar after a night of trick or treating in montgomery county. hear from the youngster that made the discovery. a violent attack caught on camera. a father and daughter are under arrest. the big story on "action news" is a very chilly and windy sunday ahead after a rainy, nasty saturday. the month of november had umbrellas and heavy coats and the wet weather cleared out and we're bracing for a blast of cold air for the second half of the weekend.

the scene. no word tonight on the victims' identities. >> a hirt and run victim was critically injured as she was hit near temple hospital. the woman was struck by two different vehicles and she was trying to cross the 3500 block of broad 4 a.m. one of the drivers stayed. but the other drove away from the scene. the woman was brought into temple hospital where she remains in extremely city call condition. police labeled the victim as jane doe now for now so they still don't know who she s they believe the driver that plead was traveling in mits bishy and no further information is released at this hour. >> father and daughter accused after i violent attack. the daughter hit a man with a baseball bat and her dad shot the victim when he tried to runaway. of the attack in 100 block of participate ter a weeking go day. they alleged 36-year-old rita demato struck a kensington man in the stomach with a bat and as he ran her father, 62-year-old carmen demato opened fire twice sticking the victim once in the leg and then the two took off to front street. before the attack police a one of the attackers yelled you know what you did, you son of a sxlaitive. carmen member of former hall of fame and captain of the vikings well known in the naind and this is him in 2010 telling "action news" about his concerns over vandals at a civic association meeting. today a woman entering the home he shares with his daughter and around the corner from the attack declined to comment to "action news." neighbors saturday expressed relief. >> i'm glad there's an arrest made. and i'm glad it was not i guess random act that happened. it sounds like the guy was targetd police say the victim had drugs in his system and initially claimed he did not know attackers and was not

cooperating with police. there were a rash of car break ins in the area and police are not confirming if they had into to do with the attack. some neighbors are holding judgment until they find it out. >> tell you the truth ft. guy was breaking into cars he deserved to get hit by a baseball bat. i agree with that if it was not him flood bless the dematt owes. >> arrest warrants or issued on halloween even daerm father and daughter turned themselves in and they said that the victim suffered a broken leg. reporting from police headquarters annie mccormick for "action news" at 10 on phl17. >> police in burlington are looking for the man that attacked and robbed a 74-year-old woman in parking lot. city new surveillance caught images of the suspect's car. investigators say the man followed the victim to her vehicle right there on the 200 block of high street. he shoved her and quickly stole her purse. and anyone who remember fiss the attackers vehicle should contact burlington police. >> and a house in philadelphia

is riddled with bullet holes tonight after someone fired into the front windows where the family was sleeping inside. it happened along the 4500 block of north 15 street in logan section of city. the gunman fired at least four shots at the front door and windows on both floors. a 4-year-old girl and 3 adults were in second floor bedrooms at the time and nobody was injured. >> federal investigators are now in california working to determine what led to that accident that destroyed a prototype space tourism rocket. 39-year-old michael always bury died when the space craft probing uv during a test flight yesterday 30,000 feet over the desert. copilot was able to deploy as parachute. virgin gal aktic said commercial space travel is challenging product and safety remains the top prior tixt.

>> police in california are trying to find the driver of suv that ran down three young trick or treaters outside la. teenage girls were dressed in costumes and holding bags of candy when they were killed during the hit-and-run also all the victims were walking within a designated crosswalk at the time. the suspect abandoned the vehicle a short distance away and investigators are having trouble tracking down the driver. they also believe there was a passenger inside that vehicle who also fled the scene. >> well more than 200 girls who were kidnapped nigeria were forced into marriage. terror group poke ahar am released a new video revealing fate of the children.
