"sky trak seven" flew over the scene on trinity parkway late last night. this is right near the newgate shopping center. police tell us the body is an adult male - but it's still unclear how he died. we'll update you as soon as we learn more. happening today in charles county, maryland.. a community meeting will be held about the former teacher's aide and coach accused of sexually assaulting children. carlos bell was arrested last month. police believe he sexually assaulted at least ten students at school, and at his home. he's also accused of producing child porn. he admitted he's h-i-v positive. the meeting begins at seven p.m. at the first baptist church of st. charles..

stoddert avenue in waldorf. today, another employee of charles county public schools accused of sexual abuse will go on trial. ronald wells is a former science teacher at henry e. lackey high school. he was charged with sexual abuse of a minor back in january, but we only learned about the case this month. according to court documents the alleged incident happened in april 20-16. wells has not worked in the charles county school system since may 20-16. some people in upper montgomery county are dealing with storm damage this morning. parts of the laytonsville area received up to four-and-a-half inches of rain yesterday. downed trees and power lines, along with flooding, caused problems during the evening commute. woodfield road was shut down in three areas. this woman had driven to her zumba

of his family were killed when flash floods tore through a popular swimming spot. just an inch and a half of water sent a six foot wall of water speeding in. authorities say it hadn't been raining in the area, and the family may not have known about the danger heading their way. those same arizona monsoons, causing this. multiple boats and docks knocked over and destroyed by high winds and choppy water. this is on lake pleasant. several people had to be rescued, but no one was hurt. developing now. singer r kelly - denying a disturbing report published by buzzfeed - claiming the singer held women against there will as part of a sex cult. as many as six women reportedly live in properties owned by kelly in atlanta and chicago. the report claims that one woman's parents were concered their daughter was being held against their will. police say they found no evidence of a crime..but the author of the article thinks other wise. kelly has had legal issues in the past. in 2002 he was charged with child

mills. the gwynns falls swelled out of it's banks, turning a parking lot filled with cars into pool! some people had to be rescued. and in northern montgomery county, roads still closed right now from yesterdays storms. well check in wtih john gonzalez in a few minutes. police are still searching for the killer of a father of three from chillum, maryland.. and loved ones are mourning his loss. about a hundred people gathered for a vigil last night for 37-year-old anthony russell. he was gunned down at an apartment complex. police found his body on the morning of july 8th. he'd been shot four times. he had left a dice game on his scooter hours before. russell's family believes this was a robbery. his pockets were turned inside out. and his wallet and cell phone were missing.

prince william county, virginia is weighing in on deadly shootings in the county. last night he met with concerned residents. the number of homicides in prince william county the number of homicides in prince william county jumped from 10 in 20-15.. to 22 last year. so far this year, there have been three murders in the county. police chief barry barnard wants citizens to be alert, and to contact police if they notice suspicious activity. ad lib weather tease -another chance for storms today

saturday night , she called police to report a possible sexual assault in an alley just behind her home. a squad car with two officers arrived a short time later. damond then came outside dressed in pajamas - approached their car and the officer in the passenger seat then reportedly fired through the driver side door - killing her. this morning - her father spoke out for the first time since the shooting. . no weapon was found at the scene and the officers body cameras were not turned on... and the squad car camera did not capture the incident. both officers invovled are on paid administrative leave. developing now in fairfax county - a body found in a centreville pn
