of to 3 inches of additional rain falls to night, complicating the issues. frederick counties and surrounding counties are under a flash flood warning. a full report, minutes away. >> this storm watch continues. john gonzales is live in alexandria, va. this evening. >> it has been a frantic day on the roads for drivers and, of course, thousands of people are still without power in their homes. then there are low-lying areas like old town alexandria, which is always a concern. some of the roads are already under water. >> you have water going that fast and you are going to be off

because of a head wit wound. just before the accident the children heard a commotion on the bus and saw a terrifying sight. >> i looked over and the driver was slumped over the steering wheel. >> the driver is now the focus of the investigation. he was the only fatality of the iraq -- of the wreck and investigators are waiting for an autopsy tuesday of a medical emergency are to blame. the children, of course, know nothing about that. they wish they could forget the whole experience. >> we were spinning completely upside down and stuff. i was holding onto my see. i heard everybody screaming. i did not know, but my leg was bleeding a lot. >> as we said, the driver

perished in this accident. 12 other people, including the children, were treated for their injuries. two adults are still in hospital, but we're told that they're going to make a full recovery. >> new at 6:00 p.m., a soccer coach is in custody for allegedly sexually abusing a minor in montgomery county. police say he inappropriately touched a juvenile at the corporate offices. he is also a volunteer coach for the northland high-school stock -- soccer team. any one with the information is asked to call police. >> a mother who was killed in an accident earlier this month is taking her daughter's place on the ballot. she is running for the seat long held by her daughter -- by the democrats.
