pleaded guilty to several crimes. prosecutors said he attacked a man while he was fishing in south baltimore because u.s. african american. the man is set to address the court on how his life has been impacted. >> it is in expected the judge will impose a sense at the time of the plea, 31 years. 30 years the armed carjacking, 25 years for first-degree assault. >> the trial for zachary watson is set to begin today. another trial will begin at juvenile court. >> five weeks until election day. republicans and democrats both believe they have what they need to win.
