confirmed that something had happened and when they had facts they would let the community know he. >> reporter: now, police say that a teacher first spotted the writings in the student's notebook at radnor high school around 11:30. young woman taken out of class and brought to the radnor police station. high school officials say no one was in any immediate danger in their words as a result of this incident. police also showing off a letter that the 17 year-old wrote to the parents of the dylan kleebold one of the columbine killers. it is not clear if that letter was ever mailed. immediately after the young woman was brought here to the police station police searched her home nearby and they found no evidence of any guns or any weapons at that time and there is no evidence they say that anyone else was involved with the alleged crimes. right now young woman receiving mental health treatment. she will be charge police say and is currently charged with terroristic threats and other criminal charges could

police. >> unaudible. >> reporter: we canned police if they believe there is any chance gaither knew her attacker. they say at this point everything is on the table, under investigation and they are looking into it. in the meantime if you you know anything about this incident you are asked to call police immediately. reporting live from germantown i'm steve paterson for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> steve, thanks very much. well, tonight state police are investigating a three vehicle crash that left one person dead. chopper three over the scene of the northbound lanes have of i-95, at bartram avenue and tinicum township. you can see one vehicle overturn on the roadway there. there are no reports of any additional injuries tonight. the cause of the crash remains under investigation. well, this septa transit officer is accused of performing a lewd act on the subway. septa says someone posted a video of it on line and the transit police captain, identified the suspect as 44 year-old kevin font. he was reportedly off-duty at

the time. font is a 12 year member of the septa transit police and now on administrative leave. a couple now faces criminal charges after authorities fine shotgun booby traps at their north philadelphia warehouse. the dangerous discovery was made this morning on the 1800 block of west sedgley avenue. the officers were attempting to east vick the couple living inside when the couple alerted them to those tracks. bomb squad released the traps without incident. workers from the trump taj mahal are pulling out all of the stops to save their jobs. workers took their concerns straight to atlantic city mayor don guardian today. they marched to his office with the petition in hand and they had names of more than 1200 employees. they want the mayor to consider any and all measures, to save the taj mahal. it is down to the wire tonight for pennsylvania governor tom corbett and democratic challenger tom
