are saying it looks like a pretty good time. so they're getting into the market and inventory has gotten better. since about mid january to now, we've seen an increase in the number of homes that you could go see. barnes also says homes are sitting on the market a little bit longer, as well, about three weeks up from just a week on average during the pandemic. alright we're gonna start off with the long range model as we often do, and i want you to see what this week is going to look like and then we'll look at the five day at the end of the weather cast, so here's the system coming down. this is going to bring some wind wind advisory. here's tomorrow. see it, so that system has the potential to bring us a few light. scattered showers. we'll look more closely at that. but look what's going on. see how dry that areas it's not bright white, right? it's real wide open. there's showers. look light. it's all week. we're going to kind of end this unsettled, cool weather flow that really doesn't bring anything substantial in our direction. um except a lot of pulses, you know, that'll slide through that are not substantial

. so here's a short range. that's next 24 hours. here's tomorrow. nice day starts out pretty good starts out pretty good, then that's cold air. moving in by the way, temperatures dropped 10 degrees 15 degrees tomorrow, but look at that, right. what do you do with that? i'm not changing my plans. i mean chance of a thunderstorm. you could get under one for sure. but i mean that basically that model just took everything all the way around the bay area. the thing i would say right off the bat as the models aren't killing this pattern, and they won't none of the models. it's really hard pattern to forecast as you can see, right when we did the long range and go. yeah, that's all over the place. it's not a frontal system. it's a well there's it starts off at the front but ends up with air mass stuff. it's just cold air comes into pa graffiti effects it heating convection affects it. and if you're in the wrong place at the right place at the right time, you're gonna get yourself some rain. maybe a thunderstorm. maybe snow ones uncertainly on some low elevations. right now. we'll just take it day by day. i think that's the best thing to do. just because of timing. otherwise i'd just be you know,
