springs and rainbow...yeterday... . he's now being charged with open murder and facing 4 other charges.... police then said he went inside and got into an argument with a man.... pulled out a gun and shot him. then, witnesses say garcia pointed the gun in the air and threatened other customers. "he just stood up and then began shooting and said put your hands up and then shot the other gentleman a few times" (butted with) they're calling in saying there's a crazy guy with a screaming saying he's gonna shoot everybody" adding to the confusion, police say the 34 year old suspect was one of the dozens of people calling 9-1-1.... police say he was arrested with other customers... trying to blend in .... after garcia was caught... police indicate... he told authorities there was a bomb in his backpack. after a few hours they determined there was no threat. the identity of the victim has not been released. and now a developing story...

another broadway musical is headed to movie theaters!
