>> all right. well, welcome back to the kron. 4 morning news going on for 38 in yesterday was a really warm one today weighing in with a whole lot of his fall all socked in there. john, is that going to kind of clear out as the day goes on or if the foggy day? you know what? we had fog each of the past few mornings. this one just sitting a little lower, more condensed in the bay area. so it's definitely something you may be noticing more. >> and it certainly is having a more widespread impact on our visibility is you are getting out there. you can see much of san francisco. transamerica pyramid normally being able to be seen right there. completely blocked out by that fog right now. so do take it slower. we've got some low visibility spots from the city up into the north bay, east bay hills and parts of

district attorney nancy o'malley is office for comment, but we have not heard back. well, an update now to a story we brought you last week. we are learning more about the victims killed in a crash on highway 4 last wednesday in near martinez. the victims have been identified as 18 year old son iga a 49 year-old jeremiah smile. be chp says the car united was driving crashing the car smythe he was in causing both of them to lose control, going down an embankment and crashed into trees. tonight, a died at the scene while some ivy died from his injuries the next day. the cause of that crash is still being investigated right now. on tuesday, members from the lgbtq community gathered to discuss brown's death. many expressing deep concern over district attorney brooke jenkins decision not to file charges. kron 4 sarah stinson was at that event. that chance to talk with some of the members there. >> was an intense conversation among the people who showed up a friend of banko brown came
