probably left yesterday today we're going to be warm to but not quite as warm as we were yesterday. a little bit on the gray side for sure. if you're closer to the coastline, i know in san francisco that wall of fog just push dead late afternoon after what was such a nice sunny day. and yeah, you can see that low cloud cover sitting above the bay right now. now temperatures are actually fairly mild this morning. look at this. a lot of us are just below the 60 degree mark. so light jacket if you want for those of you that are going to be out there for the morning jog. this is pretty ideal conditions for it. today's daytime highs won't be as warm as yesterday's. where are we seeing lower visibility? well, that's especially a problem for the north bay. so do watch your travels out there. we do have a few spots in the east bay, too, especially up in the hills where we are seeing a few low visibility pockets. fog burns off lifts later on this morning. setting this up for another good dose of sunshine. if you do have a chance to get outside this monday further inland, it's going to be toasty. still, but closer to the bay shore and the coast. we're going to be

6 on medals drive. the victim was taken to the hospital where he died of his injuries. officers, they were responding to that scene. the alleged shooter took themselves to a local hospital with a gunshot wound and was being treated. his injuries are non life threatening and he will be taken to solano county juvenile hall after he is released from the hospital. >> take a look at this. a large water main broke in mill valley on sunday. water was just shooting up from the ground. hamilton, roland shelter bay, no valley. police say it happened around 10:00am. the roadway was closed until repairs were completed around noon. and in an effort to reduce waste yet city environmental officials, they watched a program that >> incentivize restaurants to invest in reusable food. we're and utensils. now the program is going to $500 to 200

communist party from his beijing headquarters. in addition to sharing u.s. users data, you said in the complaint the bidens created fabricated users to exaggerate its metric and served as a useful propaganda tool for the chinese communist party. eu alleges by danced fired him after exposing the company's wrongdoing. in a statement bytedance denies any wrongdoing saying it's committed to respecting the intellectual property of other companies. and we acquire data in accordance with industry practices and our global policy. this lawsuit comes less than 2 months after the tiktok ceo testified in front of lawmakers on capitol hill denying that the chinese government has access to tiktok data 150 million americans with the app. >> i have seen no evidence that the chinese government has access to that data. >> the biden administration has banned tiktok from all federal devices. and in montana, the state going a step further banning the

information. there are also paid services that will scrub your personal data. believe me. we'll contact dozens of the biggest data brokers while incognita will reach out to over 100 services. the subscriptions cost 80 to $130 a year and keep in mind they might not get rid of everything. there are also free guide. you can follow to do this yourself. it works, but it is time consuming. finally, google has a feature called results about you tap the 3 dots near any search results and choose remove result. just know this gets rid of the search results but not where it comes from. finally, richard asks that age old question, how do you eliminate e-mails that continue to be sent even when you've unsubscribe? here's my rule of thumb. you can safely unsubscribe to emails from legitimate senders like those from big companies and those from email marketing services like mailchimp for others report as spam or block without opening them. you might also consider turning

so we had enough monsoonal moisture result in some thunderstorms up there for your sunday. lightning strikes up and down. fortunately for the sierra there still a lot of snow pack. so that's going to stop. and he sort of potential for any sort of wildfire activity in those higher elevations. but we did see around half a foot to a foot of snow melt occurring over the past 3 days in the sierra. so now all that water is draining up into the small streams. i know you 70's going to have some issues with high water levels these next several days because of these warmer temperatures. high pressure ridge, hot temperatures. that's what we've seen the past few days. we still hot enough temperatures out in the central valley for some heat advisories out that way. although none of those here in the bay area this morning starting off with the gray, a budget sunshine again this afternoon. nother push of evening fog tonight. another dose a great tomorrow morning before yet another sunny and hot day for your tuesday. today's daytime highs will be in the 60's with near 70 for downtown san francisco. some
