parks. the company just made this announcement within the past few minutes. the resort located in anaheim california was set to welcome guests back on july 17th after being closed for months because of the pandemic but disneyland did not give a new reopening date for the disneyland resort, this is still a developing news story. we're working to get more information and of course we'll have it for you tonight on kron 4 news at 6. now a federal appeals court has ordered a judge to dismiss the case against former trump adviser michael flynn. this despite flynn pleading guilty twice for lying to the fbi about his conversations with a russian ambassador. the justice department moved last month to dismiss the case against him. the judge in the case did not immediately act instead asking for a review of the decision. and today the court determined there was not enough reason to question the d o j's decision. the ruling exonerates flynn after he tried to change his plea and claim innocence. the case may not be over though appeals

could continue for weeks or even into next year. and it could even go to the supreme court. attorney general william barr is set to testify before congress next month. a justice department spokesperson tweeted that barr has accepted an invitation to appear before the house judiciary committee on july 28th. this comes amid growing calls for barr to be impeached. justice department employees are preparing to testify against him calling his decision making political and accusing barr of bowing too much to president trump's wish us. tomorrow is the deadline for the trump administration to file court documents in their effort to scrap the affordable care act. republicans say they want to start over on health care reform, but house democrats have put together a new bill to keep obamacare alive. democrats say the bill reduces out of pocket costs and premiums and protect patients from unfair medical bills, something they believe is especially important during
