"e.t." obtained a yoicht highway patrol collision report and it indicates ferrell was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. we're told he is fine and did not suffer serious injuries. you can see him there in the back of the ambulance apparently going over details of the crash. shortly after this he was taken
