toward highway 17. when it reaches 17 the procession will then move northbound through the santa cruz mountains. let me show you on the traffic map what you expect. now it is fairly light traffic through the mountains. but what the procession moved from highway one ought to 17 or, there'll be a closure not at a roadway but cross traffic. there'll be units protecting the cross traffic on 17. once, the procession hit 17 no vehicles will be allowed to pass it. if you are not already on highway 70 northbound and you're likely watching this from where you are you will want to use an alternate route like highway 9 or tie 101. remember in san jose were likely because of the slow traffic on 70 to see heavier than usual traffic on '85
