woman who makes a deal with a big company. the company tried to cut her deal in half. a woman in fremont says an at&t rep came to their home and upgraded their internet service, at&t offered a bonus, $100 gift card, six weeks later, guess what, no gift card so they called at&t. her rep offered her this, a $50 gift card. they spent the 100 bucks at&t we reached out to at&t, they offered the full 100 bucks in credit. here's what at&t told us when we asked what happened here, there's a miscommunication on a courtesy credit to the customer to make things right. if i can go back in time and stand at the front door, i would quietly but firmly asked the at&t guide to offer 100 bucks.

clear on it we would warm up when looking into the forecast over the past couple of days. now it looks like we should be into a path with warmer temperatures by next tuesday. 74 in concord, low 70s into thursday's forecast. you see that's also in napa, we get you those 70s monday, tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. it looks like sunshine would accompany that. even though a lot of us will be working, it will make it nice here. on the seven-day forecast, hugo, spotty thunderstorms coming through saturday and sunday through the weekend. it does not look extremely bad on easter but we will have to watch out for little hit and miss activity. >> that's a big weekend for a lot of people and a lot of kids are on spring break. >> it will be a really nice payoff. >> giants pitcher logan webb has stepped up to be the leader in

a troubling ruling today for the wall street journal reporter who is being held in a prison in russia, evan gersky which was in a moscow court room smiling at times, they arrested him a year ago on espionage charges, evan gershkovich denies the allegations. they claim him to be wrongfully detained, authorities have not detailed any evidence but the moscow court ordered tran40 stay in jail until at least june. a new wrinkle in the legal battle involving wikileaks founder, julian assange could be delayed. they are close -- accuse him of leaking military records on wikileaks over a decade ago. staying inside the ecuadorian -- he was arrested by british authorities, he still in prison.

they are trying to get him extradited back to the u.s. and want him to stand trial here. the court said they will only extradite him if the u.s. assures he will not get the death penalty. they gave the u.s. three weeks to make those assurances, otherwise he cannot challenge this extradition. >> oscar-winning actor has been named in a battle against sean diddy combs. roddy jones filed his original lawsuit against combs last month, he claims combs sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him for more than a year's. cuba gooding was added to that list, he alleges the actor groped him on a yacht rented by sean combs last january, facing sexual assault allegations before. he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charges that he kissed a worker at a nightclub in 2016.

death row is facing its own death sentence, the copper department of corrections as now begun transferring all death row inmates to other prisons to comply with voter approved prop 66. by the end of the summer, california's death row will not exist. jody hernandez took what may be one of the last tours of san quentin z's block. >> you are locked down. >> marcus adams describes what it's been like living on san quentin's death row, sentenced to death for triple murder. he's lived in a 4 x 10' cell for the past 21 years. like all death row inmates, anytime he leaves his cell, he must be escorted and handcuffed. >> being on death row, you're confined to your cell 20 hours out of the day. >> that's all about to change. the department of corrections has begun clearing out san quentin's east block moving condemned
