we'll check that morning commute with mike in just a little bit. we're talking about a tiny warm-up with meteorologist kari hall. >> it really just depends on where you are because not everyone is going to see the warm-up. this is the inland valleys that are going to really notice the difference. as we take a look at san rafael, starting out with low clouds and fog, that will keep those temperatures down there. it's 54 degrees and we'll start to see a little bit more sun at 9:00 and then as we go into the rest of today, all clear and sunny and it's going to be a nice one as our temperatures head up for the low 80s. upper 70s expected for napa with martinez reaching 85 degrees. upper 80s for the inland valleys, but still in the 60s near the coast and parts of the peninsula. mike, you were hearing about a hazard on the bay bridge. >> i want to show you our view from emeryville. there's lower visibility. we're looking at the taillights and they do move relatively smoothly. we're hearing about a disabled vehicle inside the tunnel and someone standing by their vehicle with the hood up.

"today in the bay"'s ginger conejero saab is live with more on these continued calls for justice. good morning, ginger. >> reporter: good morning, laura. well, there were calls to release that surveillance video, but d.a. brooke jenkins had said she would not release it because of the ongoing investigation. now that surveillance video has been released and the reactions to it are growing louder and louder.
