according to the mercenaries has been blocking the delivery of supplies. today the head of wagner standing over the bodies of his fighters said he'll quit bakhmut next week unless his men get more ammunition. russia is feeling the pressure it accuses the united states of conspiring with ukraine to carry out a drone attack against the kremlin itself, calling it an attempted assassination on president putin. allegations the u.s. and ukraine strongly denied >> one thing i can tell you for certain is that the united states was not involved in this incident in any way. >> reporter: today russia's foreign minister promised a response with what he called concrete action and negotiations aren't going well. in turkey talks over access to the black sea got heated when a ukrainian delegate photo bombed a russian negotiator the frustrated russian turned back and snatched the ukrainian flag turkey condemned the behavior as

undiplomatic when asked about the wagner group's potential pullout from bakhmut, the kremlin's response was no comment. lester >> richard engel tonight, thank you we're following some breaking news right now. let's get the very latest >> lester, we have breaking news about the death of a man on a new york city subway jordan neely died this week after he was put in a choke hold by another passenger. some riders said neely had been threatening people onboard tonight the lawyer representing the passenger who put neely in that choke hold has identified his client as 24-year-old daniel penny, a college student and marine veteran. his lawyers says neely was aggressively threatening penny and other passengers, adding his client could not have foreseen his untimely death. nbc news has learned the case is expected to go to grand jury to decide if charges should be file against penny. he was questioned by police and released. now to the border crisis with officials bracing for a rush of migrants when that
