stop it right now. >> we've been telling you about sometimes people in public out at restaurants, they change their children's diapers. >> because sometimes the bathrooms don't have a diaper-changing table. that happened to a couple in denver, they went into a starbucks in the bathroom. they put the child down on the chair, they started doing the changing and when the starbucks employee walks over and looks at them and throws a rag to them and says clean it up. the people are offended. >> the dad took umbrage. >> he took his coffee and turned it upside-down on the floor. >> the cops were called. because that's what happens. anyway, we don't think any charges were filed. but there is the question of what do you do when you want to change a child's diaper and you go into public rest rooms that don't have that. >> and you don't want to put your children on the floor. >> starbucks are very big on customer service, they're looking into the problem and are perhaps going to try to --

>> let's start with breakfast. >> dunkin' doe donuts have been a leader in this field of having egg white flat bread and skinny bread and wake-up wrap, it's about 150. >> i love that. i had it a couple of weeks ago. >> these are delicious. >> even mcdonald's has their regular breakfast sandwiches, now you can get them with egg whites, you're going to be around 200 or 300 calories. you can go for skim milk latte. this is a liquid that's going to be good for you. you can have your coffee, two glasses of milk and it will be good. >> are we hitting lunchtime. >> lunchtime. dinner time. you'll want to mix and match. stay away from all of their meals, except for kids' meals. soming of these kid's meals are for a adult as well. one big innovation has been at mcdonald's, that's downsized the french fries even more and put apple slices. this is how a kid's meal comes. it's great for adults along with a bottle of water. >> the only time i've seen apples at mcdonald's was in this there apple pie.

>> downsize again, you can go for chicken. like at wendy's you can get chili and a potato. and speak up. tell them vegetables, no cheese. you don't have to have it the way that it's prepared. you can personalize it and ask for extra lettuce and wrap your whole burger in some lettuce or take off part of the bun and use it for the top. chicken strips the same thing. you want to avoid crispy. that means fried. but sometimes don't want a baked chicken breast and small amounts will be good and sometimes you can skip the fries altogether and get the crispiness along with apples. >> a lot of people like sandwiches. if you go to subway for example, ask them to scoop out the doughy part of the bread, that will be between 400 calories. under 600 calories for a lunch or dinner. a smart wrap, grilled chicken. take off part of the bread and the cute little baby subway meal

for kids, that's a little three-inch sub with apples and low-fat milk. it's great for adults and really filling. >> people talk about how they lose weight at subway. >> chipotle will have the burrito bowls and you want to make sure you just skip all the fried stuff. use some lean toppings. >> they grill most of that. >> and that's important. so skip sour cream and added toppings, you're choosing. now you have so many options. and you're still going to be around 400 to 500 calories. >> okay, madeline. >> this is more the mix and match if you're someplace like taco bell. all of these are around 150 calories. take two. if you get the taco salad, skip the fried bowl. >> the bowl is so delicious. >> i know. don't eat it. >> anything that's crispy like that, you pay for. >> pizza, if you have one slice of pizza. this is a serving for one. thin crust or a single-serving pizza. go half with someone else and if you want to snack you can get good things.

waez kick off the memorial day holiday weekend, it's going to be cloudy, chilly and cool up in the northwest east. rain showers and maybe even snow showers in the parts of new york state and other new england states. watch for down trees and perhaps power irns. across the southeast, nice weekend. rain showers, up 'into the or northern plains. minneapolis at 60, plant near 80 degrees. but take a look at the upper temperatures into the northeast. low 50s in boston, low to 60s around san francisco. on sunday, we've got some rain showers you up in the pacific northwest and also the northeast. 83 though for atlanta. 81 in kansas city. 7 r 87 in denver.

>> this is an ambrosia cup, with a little bit of tequila, campari. >> cheers. >> thank you, ladies. >> memorial day and a little tequila. mary jo latina, you'll drink a little tequila. >> he's an understanding one, it's your fourth anniversary. >> thank you. >> let's talk about some grilling things, i like to do a little barbeque sauce that's sweet and sour, so you probably have some of this stuff at home this has a little mango marmalade. i put in a little soy sauce. to make it sour. little bit of lime juice and then i spice it up with my favorite, habanero. all you have to do is put it together like this. mix it up. you don't have to cook and you probably have this stuff in your pantry right now. >> the mango chutney, i don't know. >> you flip over your shrimp. if you want to season this, a little oil, salt. >> do you marinate it or put it

on top? >> i put it on like this and brush it on so it's important the last five minutes of cooking or well let's say two or three minutes, you brush it on because barbeque sauces are sweet and sour and they burn. unlike an marinate, you want them to go on the end of the cooking, not the beginning. >> is this it right here? >> that's it. you can put some of the sauce in the middle and dip it, if you like. >> thank you. honey. >> let's move on to this. >> i've got my steak cooking here i'm going to flip it over. >> that's good. >> that is delicious. >> this is a cooked bauer cue sauce, sweet and sour, we start out with pineapple juice and some water. i put some honey. this one has ketchup like a traditional barbeque sauce has and worcestershire. and then to give it a little bit of sour.

and this has the red wine vinegar and the jalapeno. >> again, right? >> so again, the sweet and sour sauce that cooks for about 10, 15 minutes, reduces by half. once it's done, i take the jalapeno out if you don't want it too spicy. puree it and you have it ready to go like this. >> you puree it then? >> here's my sweet and sour barbeque sauce. >> what are you putting it on? >> once the steak is cooked five to six minutes on each side. we put it on like this. let it glaze and it gets this carmelized, cut it. >> this looks delicious. >> i'm going to serve it with this panzanella salad. a salad to keep you slim in the summer. >> thank you very much. happy anniversary, next week, chloe kardashian. and nick cannon from "america's got talent." and undergarment to keep you cool for the summer. good-bye, people, good-bye! >> have a great weekend,
