attorney general is poised to start seizing his assets. abc's aaron katersky breaks it all down this morning. >> donald trump has to secure a bond or risk enforcement of the nearly half billion dollar judgment imposed on him for a decade's worth of corporate fraud. >> it's a large amount. and also, it's significant because we all know that most of former president's assets are tied up in real estate and real estate. that's high profile. >> trump has long boasted of his success, telling the new york attorney general in a deposition, it's what got him elected. >> i mean, i became president because of the brand, okay? i became president. i think it's the hottest brand in the world now, trump's lawyers have said he doesn't have the cash obtaining a bond so large, they said, is a practical impossibility. >> they're making him do something that's not physically possible. but as new york attorney general letitia james told me last month, trump has to pay. does he have the money to pay this? that's really not my business. >> the judgment is $363 million

plus $100 million in interest, which accrues each and every day at 9% interest. if he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek a, you know, judgment enforcement mechanisms in court that could include freezing bank accounts, collecting rent from trump's tenants or seizing some of his properties like trump's golf course and seven springs estate in westchester county, or his triplex apartment and 40 wall street in manhattan. >> the assets that attorney general james can go after are not just limited to assets located in new york state. she's very much able to go after assets of the trump organization, located in other states. >> aaron katersky, abc news, new york thanks to aaron katersky for that. >> the attorney general could wait for an appeals court to decide whether trump deserves a reprieve, or she could also ask creditors to start identifying trump's accounts and file property liens. meanwhile, trump was at one of his properties in florida last night, joined by golf legend jack nicklaus. trump

accepted two trophies for winning championship at his own golf club. president biden trolling him on ex saying, quote, congratulations, donald. quite the accomplishment. >> less than a week into spring, millions of americans are in the path of a storm that will make it feel as though winter never left the system is responsible for a tornado in northern texas that hit near the oklahoma border. no one was hurt when the roof of a hospital was torn off. it also created icy roads that sent cars sliding off interstate 35 near des moines, iowa. 16 states are under alerts. the system will reach the northeast later this week. >> and now to the investigation into the deadliest terror attack in russia in more than 20 years. four men accused of opening fire on a concert hall are now behind bars, and we're now learning more about isis. k that is the group that's claiming responsibility. abc's derrick dennis has more. >> this morning, four suspects in friday's deadly attack on a concert hall in moscow have appeared in court charged with terrorism. and at least 137 people were killed, 180 injured.

and video shows the terrifying moment the gunman first stormed the complex. people scattering and hiding as gunshots ring out. the last of the four to be charged claims he was paid 500,000 rubles, or about $50,400, to carry out the attack. another suspect, just 19 years old, now in a wheelchair. all are said to be operatives of the terror group isis. k just a few days ago, the armed services committee, i asked our commanding general in the middle east about isis's capacity to project attacks from afghanistan. >> he said that in as little as six months, it turned out to be closer to six days. >> analysts say isis has grown stronger after the u.s. withdrawal from afghanistan in 2021, when the terror group's enemy, the taliban, seized power. they say isis, k has long been focused on targeting russia for its interventions in afghanistan, chechnya and syria. the u.s. says it shared intelligence earlier this month about a planned terror attack in moscow. but russia's ambassador to the u.s. claims the biden

administration failed to pass along concrete information. russia, meanwhile, is blaming ukraine, but the white house denies that claim and insists isis k is solely responsible. russian president vladimir putin lighting a candle in memory of the victims. with many families still waiting for word on their loved ones, the attack is already raising concerns in europe. france is raising its terror threat alert to its highest level, saying it took isis case claim of responsibility and general threats facing the country into account. andrew >> rhiannon, derek, thank you. the supreme court is set to hear arguments tomorrow in a case that could impact access to the widely used abortion pill mifepristone. the justices will examine whether the fda lawfully relaxed restrictions on the drug to make it more easily accessible, including through the mail. opponents claim if a prestone is linked to medical complications. but experts say it's among the safest medications ever approved used by more than 5 million women. >> well, today, baseball's highest paid player ever is set to address the gambling and

managed to take a 2.5 hour flight on a major airline, all while using a bogus ticket. here's abc's zohreen shah. >> the dramatic security camera footage showing a texas man before authorities say he boarded a delta flight from salt lake city heading to austin, texas, without a ticket watch as the man authorities identified as wyclef lazard appears to take a photo with his phone of another passenger's ticket. last sunday, a felony complaint said he took photos of multiple passenger phones while they were not looking, according to the complaint. then, using his phone as a boarding pass to board has been pretty much a foolproof system. >> has a hole in it and that hole has to be filled. >> flores card was apparently on standby for a southwest flight that was completely full. that's when officials say he then tried to get aboard a delta flight. once aboard the delta flight, according to the affidavit. he opens the emergency equipment storage door. a flight attendant then assists him to a bathroom

toward the front of the plane, while others board the affidavit explains. meanwhile, a delta gate agent tries scanning another passenger's ticket, but the system says she already boarded. the affidavit suggests the system worked, yet the girl was still allowed to board before the doors closed. flores art moves to the bathroom in the back as he leaves it, an attendant sees no open seats and tries helping as the plane starts to taxi. then she realizes he is not a passenger. the plane then returns to the gate, where authorities arrest flores. art experts with this warning for all passengers probably need to be pretty well aware of what you're flashing around, because it might not be somebody trying to get on the airplane illicitly. >> it could be something else really. >> a lot of questions and a lot of things they need to look at. thank you, zohreen shah, for that coming up. do we have to do this? can we just skip this? i don't want to do it. the brackets. we got to check our brackets after that huge weekend of games. >> don't worry rhiannon, we're next, i promise. and why star player caitlin clark was arguing
