well, they say trump does not have the money. this morning former president trump is lashing out at the $464 million judgment in his new york civil fraud case, calling the bond unconstitutional and un-american. trump also claiming the bonding companies have never heard of such a bond. it comes hours after his lawyer said they face insurmountable difficulties , having approached more than 30 insurance companies for help securing the $464 million bond, saying they were rejected by all of them. the main reason being trump does not have enough cash and the insurance companies were unwilling to accept his real estate assets as collateral. trump and his eldest sons were found liable for inflating the value of their real estate holdings to get favorable bank loans. they've been ordered to post bond by next monday. they're now asking an appeals court to lower the bond amount. >> there's no telling when the appeals court may rule, but if trump. the attorney general could begin to take ownership of trump's properties. we're not sure that means padlocks and stickers on the door, but she told us she is determined to make sure trump

pays. the case criminal indictments the former president faces. >> yesterday, trump lost his attempt to block testimony from his former fixer, michael cohen, and from adult film actress stormy daniels at his upcoming trial over alleged hush money payments to daniels. trump pleaded not guilty to falsifying business records to pay daniels for her silence about his sexual encounter, an encounter that trump denies. >> i came out of a bathroom to find myself cornered. i don't remember how i got on the bed. >> in a new documentary, daniels says she was scared for her life when news of the alleged affair and hush money payment came to light. >> at one point, you recorded like a last will. >> yeah, i was completely sure

spoke about the case late last year and claimed eric may have accidentally overdosed on his own. >> i believe eric may have gotten pain pills and didn't realize that they had fentanyl in them would never, ever do this. not only to eric, but to those boys. >> newly unsealed documents reveal lisa darden was living with a woman back in 2006, who also died suddenly from an overdose, investigators now say based on lisa darden's proximity to her partners suspicious overdose death, it is possible she was involved in planning and orchestrating eric's death. corey richards attorney responded saying the fact that miss darden significant other was one of the millions that suffered from and ultimately succumbed to opioid addiction, is hardly suspicious. it is tragic and unfortunately quite common. but the similarities may go beyond overdose, as
