you can't move on, you can't move up. number 2, why are they beating your ego over this. why they telling you that you are speaking truth to power. you can say you go girl to a child and that's healthy but saying it to an adult in an emotional tantrum enables your helplessness. when people are saying you keep doing it, they are starving you of actual control. it keeps you wear you are. last thing, what does this duty you? what does this constant anger due to you? look in the mirror you are getting uglier. you are getting older faster. it's true. anger ages you faster than any emotion because it requires consistent -- a consistent supply of energy. it shows up over time in your face, hair, body. it's no different than any kind of substance abuse. you can only look young for so long then people notice at. i made a chart for you to follow. as anger goes up, ugliness
