sex trafficking as gun mule and he was arrested on the plane linked to diddy by agents. combs has denied all allegations, an official with the dhs says we are responding to concrete, detailed, explicit allegations. victims may be reluctant to speak out, but once they speak, they speak a lot. people want to see him brought to justice. speaking out is former back-up dancer for combs. she said she avoided diddy at all cost, i avoided him and kept to myself, this is not surprising. no sign of the rapper as his location remains unknown. here is video of his private jet returning to south florida wednesday after 48 hours in the

caribbean. he flew there after monday's raid on combs mansion in los angeles and miami by agents who confiscated hard drives, phones and other evidence in the investigation. diddy remains a freeman, he can go where he pleases, he has not been charged with wrongdoing. >> todd: bring in bob bianci. you know once people talk, they feel comfortable and are confident there will not be blowback against them. where does this investigation go from here? >> this is not an unusual thing where individuals come forward and one person pulls the plug out of the dam and people are empowered and come forward. this is not first time in context of civil suit there is information that they typically would not have been made aware of and they commence an

investigation. one thing i will say that a lot of people have difficulty with something like this. they think prosecutors and police go after somebody because they are a high-profile figure. there definitely is influence of the figure on prosecutors, typically thinking, they don't make moves like this this s significant establishing probable cause before a judge to enter into a location, get phones, electronic data, knowing it will be a high-profile case, unless they have significant belief that evidence of cr criminality will be found at that location and that is the standard the judge signing the warrants found based on information given to him. he is presumed innocent, as a criminal defense lawyer now after having been a prosecutor for many years, i look at this

as an ominous sign for him. >> carley: before this raid on his home, he was accused of sexually assaulting both men and women, but those are people he appear to know and he's denied all of that. when you hear sex trafficking that seems organized and for profit. is that where this is going and what he's being accused of? >> this is really hard to say. right now, we don't have all that data, i'm more cautious than most are jumping into that particular arena. obviously homeland security is arguing there is some aspect of human trafficking. what becomes most difficult in case like this, as a prosecutor is determining what level of this was forced and coercion as opposed to individual who want to be part of the game and scene and maybe became disgruntled

because they lost access or didn't get something they wanted. it is making that separation. prosecutors will be very careful that people saying negative things, they have evidence to the allegations, that is what good prosecutors should be doing. >> todd: we'll see how big this could get, he has not been charged, how far beyond diddy this could potentially go. geo georgia fulton county election case will be back today. could you see the judge dismissing the case on merit and rendering the fani willis stuff irrelevant? >> i don't see that. the judge has done a very thorough job, good and

meticulous job in dismissing a number of accounts already. seems unlikely more will be dismissed, but you never know. the judge made it clear a lot of those were unsub sstantiated an those went away, not to mention the rebuking he gave to fani willis for what i have been saying is the most outrageous and flagrant misconduct i have seen in a criminal case in a long time and real quick point on that note. those people may be positive trump people, anti-trump people, i don't look that way, i look from criminal justice process. for somebody that holds the job fani willis holds now, you have to be beyond reproach. what has happened now because of hiring someone you had a romantic relationship with
