11:01 pm
welcome to "hannity". busy friday news night. my monologue coming up in justbs a minute. but first, troubling news from across the pond. aftet t troublr time away from publica life for several months, well, that led to rampant speculation and salacious rumorsie and conspiracy theories. well, we can confirm tonight the princess of wales, prin kate middleton. she just announced that she has been diagnosedcess o mid with cr and is now undergoing chemotherapy. take a loodiagnosek. >> i want to take this opportunity to say thank you personallyt to for all the wonderful messages of support and for your understandingl wil whilst i been recovering from surgery. it been recove has been an incrh couple of months for our entire family. but i've had a fantastic medical team who've taken great care of me , for which i'm so grateful. in januarym i underwent majorrwa terminal surgery in london and at the tim e it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. was noncthe surgery was success.
11:02 pm
however, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. my medical team thereforehere advised that i should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapyed i and i'm now ing early stages of that treatmentes . this, of course, came as a huge shock and william and i have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young familysake. as you can imagine, this has taken time. it has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order surgt. takenreatmenr from but most importantly, it has taken us time to explaineverythi everything to george, charlotte and louis in a way that's appropriatd louie for them and y reassure them that i'm going to be okay. as i've said to them, i am well and getting stronger every day b by focusing on the things that will help me healy focu iny mind, body and spirits. having william by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance to youf co, as s
11:03 pm
the love, support and kindness that has been shown by so manyt of you. it means so much to us both. s we hope that you will understand that as a family, we now need some time, space and privacy. whil e i complete my treatment. my work has always brought me a deep sense of joy and. am i look forward to being back when i'm able. but for now, i must focus i on making a full recovery at this time. i'm also thinking of all those v whose lives have been affected by cancer. for everyone facin affected bygs disease, in whatever form, please do not lose pleas faith t hope. >> you are not alone . 42 three young children. our thoughts and prayers obviously out to kate and our entire family, along with the people of great britain. it joining us now with more is the us associate editor of the daily mail, charlie langston, u as well as charlie. thank you for joining us. pretty shocking news.
11:04 pm
we knew she had had the operation. we know that king charles. >> he's had a cancer diagnosis. this seemingly came out out of nowhere. not a lot of details, wher but chemotherapy out of an out o abundance of caution. that's always rough. >> absolutely. and as you said, she is a 42-year-old mother of three. and i think that this news camee as much of a shock to her as it ha s to the entire world. when she went into this operation in january. sh she was under the assumption that it was non-cancerous, that that was noe war tht to be something she was going to going to have to deal with. so to gee somethet that must han truly devastating. we do now know that sh get thaea received that news around the same time that william pulled outesame t of the memoril service back in february. di it's clear that it really did ricochet through the family. and it's obviously been incrediblyrough the s be difficult for bothte obv william and kate to get their heads aroundio how to sha this news with their three young children. >>ung
11:05 pm
yeah, you know, so we're in a situation now where prince william has to deal with his t wife, with cancer, his dad with cance witr three young kids and managing what emotions they may be having at the time on on top of a situation hass not been good with his brother and sister in law. absolutely. and prince harry and meghan did issue a very brief statementinc today, simply saying that theyyg wish kate healthy and happinessh and they hope that she's able bu achieve that in privacyope is and in peace.t but i think that behind the scenes, the story here h is that william is going is tf. this by himsel >> he has shouldering an enormous amount d norma' as thefamilyfar royal family is concerned. with his father out of action, his wife i out of action, williams has had to step up and takep ed a huge amount of duties here. and in addition to that, he's trying to supportitn to twl the people who are closest to him through that cancert to m

treatment. and to do that without harry for support is justlarly devastating, particularly when harry and williand willim were one another's pillars, when their mother, diana, passed away. or and for william to now be going through another personal crisiit but without his sibling is just heartbreaking. thd i truly think that diana would be devastated if she were here to see what'se devast goin. on today. >> i think you're probably right. charli sn: ie, you.eciate we appreciate that report. and tonight, we are att the of what has been another chaotic week in america. leadt gang leaders and terrorists now crossing sqr southern border confirmed. we have professional squatters emboldened by left wing policiesened by are essentially stealing americans homes. one homeowner even beaten to death. now inflatiodeatn to soar. gas prices back on the rise. and according to a new survey, americans are less happy than ever. but cans arei guess let not your be troubled here, not because

liberalsou are now opening so-called climate cafes to ease over global warming. wow. how reassuring. but we begin tonight with this more chaos out of new york the where the state's attorney general, letitia james, just se attornelt a new e in order to fill her political campaignpreceden promise, whichs go after one organization, the trump organization t one mao donald trump, one family. the trump family. the new yorknethtruck attorney l cooked up a bizarre civil case, got a far new york leftistt judge to rule in her favorne is threatening to seize donald trump's businesses and if he doesn't come up with what is anme unprecedented half u a billion o dollar bond, 30 bond companies, they don't do that kinddo t of business. now, this is a case straight out of the old soviebusinesst u no victims here. the banks that thanot new york claims were defrauded. none of them complained. they all mad defraud oe money pd

on time with interest. they were eager to business with donald trump again. now, keep in mind, financial institutions, they have their own fiduciary responsibility financia to do their own valuations. you don't loan hundreds of million s of dollars for a real estate project or , hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate unless you do your own due diligence. the trump organization, even a written disclaimer given to every bank and every insurancn te company.y do do not use the trump organization. evaluate the evidence that was confirmed by the deutsche bank witness that came up in this i case. but a left-wing judge arbitrarily decided mar-a-lago. this case is all about valuations. he a mere $18 million, a fraction of the pricen em of empty lots, two acre lots selling for one and $200 a million. this is a 22 acre,nd a 22 acre historic property with two

justice in america. this is political persecution. and, you know maybe manymany o on the left and in the media mob, you're celebrating. but remember and this.o donald if this can happen to donald trump, it can happen to anyonein in new york or any other state that doesn't believe in equaln'e justice or application of our laws and they deemlitice indivil a, b or c, a political problem. it i is chillingnd. t just but it's not just new york. multiple states and the u.s. federal have weaponized justicen in order to silencesilenc their political rivals. all to get donald trump. l p. l ne in a bombshell new interview with the daily mail. seile trump's actingterviewith y of defense, chris miller, he accused the january six committee of waging a campaign of intimidation. quote, the january six committee threatened to make his lifee ttee if he ket claiming that his former bossers authorized national guard deployment before the riots l.
11:11 pm
all right. so miller claims that members intimidated hil righr claimsm, d that they would repeatedly bring him in for of additional testimony if he kept going on tv defending the former president's actions. now, the piece is specifically referring to this show. according to miller, liz cheney was runnin thig the showshow and apparently his claim that trump called up was willing to call up the national guard in the days leading up to january six to protect the capitol. well, that was january their predetermined outcome. her narrative, a narrative that was, we now know, full of outright lies. and despite cheney's dishonest and self-aggrandizing smear campaignlies apite, all the defe secretary, you know, says that trump, in fact, ask fort tm sufficient national guard protection at the capitol incapa the days leading up to january six. daso did the capitol police chif sund. so did the former chairmanef of the joint chiefs of staff, general mark milley. so did the dodo inspector

police and their chain of command to the dod refusingmd our request to allow national guardsmen women to stage january four and five before january 6. did you both ask for the national guard to be. called? >> without a doubt, sean. we've made that very clear. not juste but on numerous occasions. we wanted to make sure there was plenty of national guard the on the ready in case.s some >> there was some kinden of violence. i can only speakce about the sixth january and the events leading up to it. and i can say definitively j and president trump offered any and all support requestevely thl by the suitable officials within washington, d.c., federasupport sl l.a., not stan but federal and local. wow. the president wanted the capitol protected the january committee. well, they weren't telling the whole truth. sty 6 cothey didn't want that pt of the story getting out. why didn't they bring in the capitol police chief? it was never a serious committee conducting a real investigation. s they
11:14 pm
the worst part is, is they haven't come up with a plan to prevent this from evetp withr happening again. this was a political witch hunt. this was a smear campaign,r camp a vessel for liz cheney's pettye revenge. t now, tonight, we're just 227ay f days away fromro the election.ei >> and while trump's opponentsoa are banking on a varietyndwhic of political witch hunts to put them over the top, biden, he's still strugglino puveg away in the polls. new cnn survey has biden down by a whoppinw cng eight points in michigan, while beyond the margin of error, the same ts donald trump up by two in a very important state of pennsylvania. but today, biden sidekick kamala harris, she was campaigning in puerto rico, a u.s. territory without any electoral votes. earlier in the week, she compared the bidenearlie administration to a cvs receipt. huh? watc admistrationh. >> we have achieved a lot. carole was so wonderful in herhr introduction to. to list what couldtion to be.
11:15 pm
you know, my husband doug, sayss it's like a cvs receipt. syou know? that's right. on and on with what we've got o on the list. av but i will say what everyone here knows. o beli i do believe strongly that this is a very decisive decade that we're in.s no >> and the moment is now. w. >> so according to democrats, your life is so much better under biden.tt you just don't realize it.er u you're not smart enougnd jush. w figure it out. all right. here with reaction, we have the host of our kickit whave s, tomi lahren s furious, tomi lahren, along with fox news contributors charli e hurt, joe concha, both with us. okay. th'll begi beginn with you, tomi lahren. here's the interesting thing. as you looing ask at learned the story. remember, they had a hearsay witnesy s in the january 6commie committee claiming that donald trump tried to commandeer the car away from the secret service driver. the awayone problem, the secrete driver was actually interviewed
11:16 pm
by the january 6 committee. we only found out recently this happened, that we learned that apparently there's a lot of missing documentst thatappar now we have chris miller saying not only what he said on this program, along with the president, kash patel and mark meadows, and confirmed by general milley, the five roo people in the room in the days leading up to january six. leadnerate, yeah, wante he wanted to authorize the guard troops. that storyd to was not told the american people. it gives this whole story an entirely different context. enalways said this had a predetermineald. i think this now definitively proves it. y proveson top of the the capitl police chief's son who said hece requested it repeatedly and was declined, the guard. your reaction? >> not only did this committee seem like it had a predetermined outcome, six itself seems like it had a predetermined, preplanned outcome. it would seem as though that there are certain folks on the left and the right that
11:17 pm
wanted this to happen. why else would they putnted the capito thil a vulnerable position, knowing good and well vun, something could happe something horrible could happen. that was a horrible day. let's not mince wordd happen as it wasn't a good day forsu trump supporters. it wasn't a good day for republicans. it wasn't a good day repub fory our country. but it really makes you wonder, sean, what else they're hiding about that day, that they don't want the american public and the american peoplican pubht ,because a lot of their cases, they're lawfare against donald trump revolves around january 6th. and these so-called insurrection . >> so if there were infor more information given to the american people, more trutmah, transparency than a lot of this b.s. against donald trump, trd simply fall apart as it's actually doing on its own. s i also i'm concerned. you know, donald trump is a very wealthy man. we knobeca trumpw that he's sayl he's got all this money, but his pac, his savthise ameriu is hemorrhaging $230,000 a day in february on legal fees. so it's quite obviousy they're trying to bleed him dry of his money, of his war chest t
11:18 pm
.un don't want him out campaigning. they don't want him to have money to spend on his campaign im t . they want to tie him down in this lawfare. they want to ruin his reputationn with the thoug american people. and even though i believe the american people see througif a lot of this, there are a lote of independents out there that althougt h they think donad trump is innocent, they don't want to deal with the circus anymore. toand exactly what the democrats want. they want to ruin this man. they want to keep a circus around him always to dissuade independents from reelecting whe into the white house. this is always what this has been about. and unfortunatelhouse th this i their strategy is multi-pronged. and unfortunately, in some casestgy isnfortunas it's workih and that's the terrifying part of all that their plant is working. i mean, let me ask you, charlie hurt, when you when you putu pu these two stories together, that is as of mondaytho , tha the intention of the attorney general in new york d trump's trumpl the properties. okay. i think frank luntz probably's a is right in his observation that would help elect trump andt . then you put it together with the secret service agent
11:19 pm
and what he had to say th service with, the capitol police chief had to say. now, what we're reading about th nowe acting defense secretary, miller, and what everybody told me that was in the room in the days leading le to january six. t wow. our stories can change ho dramatically. what is your reaction? what is the impaction what in 2s on all of this? >> well, it is reall ofy remarkable to sit back and think about how much effort sit t have put into this whole notion of the january 6 committee, as well as trying to use the justice thl to try to jail donald trump orrk bankrupt his family. the they're willing to invest all of this time and effort intoe willin anything except deg allr record, except talking about issues that people care about. and, you know, all of the lies that theliesy that they managed to spin through the january six committee. it's kind of remarkable to stop and think about the fact that however much effort that in
11:20 pm
they put into it, nobody cares. this is not moving the needle oe for voters. they don't care about this. what they care about is the open borde tr. they care about crime. they care about the economy. and trump has answers fortrump all of those things that peoplhn actually only care about. and joe biden has answers for none of them. nos for , actually it's worse. he has answers for them. a and all of his answers maknde all of the problems even worse. and so, you know, they can playo their games and do all this stuff and try to take one of one his his golf courses away from him. and i hopes that voters will remember that letitia james ran on a campaign of getting trump. yet what's going to actually happen is she's going to get them reelectedhag to, which is t by me, but i hope votersters will punish her for that inr new york, will punish her for that, for breaking her promise on all of that. her pr thabut, you know, meanwh, donald trump is running a campaign about issues. people actuallld trumpy care ab. >> what is your take? we know with the media mobal stance on all this, joe, o but when you put all of this
11:21 pm
together, and if, in fact, they try to really take overr ts these properties now that we're getting so light shed ont sh the january six committee and what we weren't told purposely weren't told testimonwhateren'ty any that the absolutely should have known about. what do you think people's reaction to this will be? how does this impact the racact >> well, i think honestly, sean, if you watch other networks, they won't know about this other testimony. they won't know about the secretou service agent who testified that trump never lunged at the driver, which how can you do that. there literally is a separation between trump an ad the driver. he's going to reach through the glass. how does that work exactly? tht i don't thint istk they're g to hear about it because while january 6 got wall to wall coverage, livboutt because, every time they held a hearing, this exonerate a h will not be heard by many of those audiences. so i think it's by a wash. a but as far as letitia james, as far as the second part of your question, if and she wit actually goes ahead with this and starts seizing trump assets, pad locking dooris ,all while having a big smile hr
11:22 pm
on her face and doing an end zone dance on sociale an media, celebrating this action like somebody who just scored a touchdown. e will she will save the tape. i agree with luntz. clinchwith donald trump's victoy in october and his return to the oval office thier ands my play well with joy reid's audience, otherwise known as friends and relativeshe jdie they may cheer this attorney general on. but let's put it this way, sean. i live in neneral onbut w jerse all right. thank you. at least this is a ver jy state, th to say the least. and i therefore have friends who vote reliable y democratic.ell and i can tell you safely that most of them whose saofessions ranged from police officer, doctor, lawyer, contractor, small business owner, they think that thioffics weaponization of the justice system is an absolute crock. this judgment, which every saner and sober legal analyst out there will tell you, is profoundly will be overturned in appellate court. >> and when that happens, it i will like petroleum for the trump campaign because he has issues on hispetrole truo to charlie's point, inflation, crime, border, energy, trade, foreigrdn. and with this lawfare strategy falling apart, thankfully, that's what this election
11:23 pm
will come down to, hopefully. anyway, the issueson that the a american people the most that they're feeling right nown, more most. that's why, you know, to watchst biden try to shore u>> sean:p h and kamala harris trying to shore up their base, it's fascinating s that they'reg at this point in their career and they're downt this by 20 pll points with key demographics that make up the democraticg to coalition. this is going to be a fascinating, you knofascinatwk of hundred days. thank you all for joining us. all right. a lot more new y all s coming up.e bide biden's border crisis. wow, it is getting worsen by day. the man wanted wanted by the fbi was just apprehended the southern border. peter doocy has the details. t. s next on this nigh >> fox news is proud to bring you this. she's a hero moment and she was interested in working with students who were easily excluded. >> part of my journey is responding to looks.

by people who have not been screened. they have not been vetted. that's all to happen screened o. and so it is really something. and i had a chance in that clipe that you just played to ask karine jean-pierre, were these e adult men who were landing haymakers on in uniform, werecai they deported? answer is no, because under u.s. law, it is title eight that they've been using. once they get ine, they cand thy be arrested, they can be processed, but they have the right to due processe. as so as far as we know, they were all released. that's w also consistents al with what the eyewitness who shot the video works, the ne w york post. she said that she saw these guys come in. there wa come ins a chaotic scene.otic they settled down and thentled they were in on this side. >> okay. let in. not deported.ed no vetting, i'm sure, either, which has been happening with the nearly 10 million illegal, unvetted joe bideillegr immigrants that have come into the country. but here's where the narrative

11:53 pm
e s keg thatbut what we do know, is that at the beginning of january, princess katherine underwent an abdominal abdominal surgery for what? abdominal hey believed to be a non-cancerous condition. the surgical pathology showed that there was canceber, whatever was removed. and after the princess recovered from that abdominal surgery, she began chemotherapy at the beginning of february. now, in hehat abdoery r words, called it preventative chemotherapy, which in my opinioca iven, sean, this is veg good news, meaning that the cancer was likely localizeoowsda to whatever was removed. and so now the only reason that they're doing wha the chemo prevention is to prevent it from coming back in the futurett . yeah, well, that would be the best case scenario basedased on what is a hard diagnosis for anybody. dra . siegel we don't know exactly what the abdominal issue was. however, that area what what kind of cancer would you suspect off the top of yourh head? >> yeah, sean, first of all, i want to point out that dr.
