we just got our hands on joe biden's brothers deposition and it's more preposterous than hunter eric that's a high bar. as we reported last night not only did hunter admit his dad is the big guy, but he says joe was stopping by his business meetings that he called birthday parties to eat bowls of spaghetti with his clients. now hunter doesn't call them clients. he told congressional investigators they are his friends. hunter's is friends with the f'ing spy chief of china. his words, not mine. what kind of business are you and when your dad keep showing up at your business meetings, though? my dad doesn't pop into my editorial meetings at box and say hide to my producers. when you take your clients out to lunch does your dad stop by for spaghetti? hunter says when he is with his business partners and his dad happens to call he puts them on speaker. i've never done that probably because my dad is not famous. but let's say my dad was biden. the reason i am putting my dad on the phone is to impress my
5:03 pm
partners and show them what kind of easy access they can get to dad. bided doesn't know his cameo or his phone calls are the main course of the business dinner? when all of these business dinners are with foreigners and you are the vp? after the dinners and phone calls your son takes the clients to visit the white house dozens of times and you fly your son around to 15 foreign countries and talk to the on the phone every day? that's not a normal father-son relationship. that's a father and son who are in business together. we are learning from jim biden's deposition when his father wasn't around hunter brought his uncle. jim biden says hunter took him to hong kong, but it wasn't a business trip. he was there to keep his nephew company. but win hunter introduced him to patrick owen, the f'ing spy chief of china, jim biden says his spidey sense went off. the president's brother jimmy had lunch in hong kong with the
5:04 pm
f'ing spy chief of spiked china and said they didn't discuss business. at one point during the lunch he borrowed hunter to go to the next room and talk for a half hour. jim biden just hung out on the veranda by himself, totally normal. the vice president flies his son to beijing, comes home with millions and then the vice president's brother and son are in hong kong with the spy chief of china. and then patrick hogan so arrested and the one phone call he makes from jail is to jim biden. just a guy he had lunch with ones in hong kong. and the fbi has whole's phone wiretapped and that's exactly what the bidens are doing. the bidens are doing a lot for china. a top chinese communist wants to move into manhattan so uncle jim gets them set up with an apartment and whisks them around town like a tour guide. jim says he did it out of the kindness of his heart. this is a 74-year-old man with nothing else to do except to
5:05 pm
make the chinese feel welcome to new york. why is he rolling out the red carpet for the chinese? because he says the guy was the protégé of president xi. the vice president's brother meets the next in line to the chinese communist party chair and says hop in an over and let me show you times square? the chinese are america's number one enemy and the biden family referring them to a realtor and taking them to brunch. but there was a lot more than just the wining and dining. the gifts were quite plentiful. as we told you last night, hunter told investigators of the diamond the chinese gave him wasn't a gift. it was a trade. hunter said they gave him $80000 bottle of scotch. he had no receipt but like fannie said, take my word for it. why did the chinese give hunter diamonds? he says that was a part of the business culture in china.
5:06 pm
okay. jim remembered it differently. jim says hunter was given a diamond at his daughter's school a parent came over to him on campus and handed hunter a diamond and said we would like to do business with you and the chinese. imagine dropping off your child at school in washington and a random parent approaches you in the parking lot gives you a diamond and says let's do business in beijing. if this were me i would say honey, i will be picking up jesse jr. going forward. you rest. hunter allegedly asked jim to have the diamond appraised. jim said it was worth only a couple hundred dollars throw he threw it away. but it wasn't a couple hundred bucks. one hunter biden laptop there is a photo of the appraisal slip. it's over 3 carats. vs 2 clarity, f color, the highest quality. rock is tens of thousands of dollars. a jeweler looks at that appraisal and is not tossing it in the trash.
5:07 pm
so president biden's brother is dining in hong kong doing diamond appraisals and chauffeuring around president xi's protégé. what does he do for a living? great question. the president doesn't even know what he does for a living. that's what jim told investigators. my brother has no idea what i do because i don't talk about business to my brother. i don't ask him advice in terms of business because i just don't. it's a red line drawn in the sand. joe biden, the president of the united states who is 80 years old has no idea what his brother's job is. he could be a dentist. he could be a taxidermist. a massage therapist. hey jim, happy thanksgiving. what are you up to these days? sorry, joe, can't tell you. red line. okay. let's go watch the redskins. so if peter doocy asks the president what does your brother for a living, he won't know. the president of the united
5:08 pm
states doesn't know what his brother or his son does for a living. that's what they are telling you. investigators asked him how do you live in such a nice home if all you do is get paid by your nephew for advice? you go own property in florida, virgin islands and pennsylvania. he lives on a beautiful property in maryland. jim said he sold his steak in a south american gas company in a deal with carlos slim, the mexican billionaire. jim says he is friends with slim. so how did he get a position in the company? sweat equity, he says. the same answer as fani willis. when investigators asked if jim can you name any deals that the bidens seeded or developed that themselves. he couldn't name a single deal. jim says their relationship was seated, which kind of means the country gives the bidens things for free so they can have a relationship. that explains why all the bidens
5:09 pm
ever did was go to lunches, dinners and meetings and leave with cars, cash and diamonds. what's a little money between friends? daily mail senior reporter josh boswell joins me now. this is an even more ridiculous deposition than hunter. at this point it looks like it might fly. that's how crazy this country is. >> i think that some of the evidence that you detailed really just stacks up to show that a lot of his answers, jim biden's answers that he gave to investigators were just not credible. i've got one thing that jumped out at me. once they are not credible, it's that he may have even lied to congress. you have hunter biden and tony bobulinski saying in may 2017 they met with joe biden and jim at the beverly hills hotel. but jim denied that. he is going against his own
5:10 pm
nephew's testimony. hunter biden saying there was this meeting and he says there is an. we've got to find out the truth. i would air on the side of the two people saying it happened. we also have text messages backing that up. i would be asking jim are you share? did you tell the truth to congress last week? there is a ton of other stuff in this very long deposition that really was jumping out at me and made me think congress needs to dig into this more. you've also got the $40000 that he borrowed from joe biden. that's what he is telling us. there was some discrepancy about whether there was actually records of this. we know that jim paid joe $40000. it was a repayment for a loan. but we can't show that joe paid it to jim in the first place. where did that money come from? >> the money went from china to hunter to jim who aussie account was almost nothing and he sent it right to joe biden?
5:11 pm
i don't know what more you need. i don't know what more evidence you need. they can't get their stories straight. they are not at the meeting. they are at the meeting. the biden dimon came from a chinese guy and came from a parent at the school. they threw it away. i just traded it for scotch. none of it makes any sense. >> yeah, there are inconsistencies after inconsistencies. i think you can also find it interesting interpersonal issue here. jim was really quite ready to throw hunter under the bus. he was saying i didn't do any due diligence on c of c the chinese oil giant. i thought they didn't have anything to do with the chinese government. that was all down to hunter. he did the due diligence and i trusted him. at the same time expressing concerns that hunter was a complete addict. it's one or the other. he was throwing hunter to the wolves. the same with his wife. he said i don't know the details
5:12 pm
of the transaction whether the money came from china or not and where it went and the details of that. it was my wife who handled all the transactions. he is throwing his nearest and dearest into hot water. i thought that was in the middle of the deposition. >> they always have an excuse. he's either too old and frail to go to trial or his son is too big of an attic to be responsible for paying taxes or his brother just doesn't remember anything. and it's probably his wife's fall. they are getting away with it, boswell. >> i can't believe it's happening. we will see how it shakes out with the impeachment inquiry. take care and have a great weekend. >> hopefully we will get some action. >> thank you. today, 22-year-old nursing student lincoln riley was laid to rest after she was allegedly beaten to death by one of biden's migrants. fox news correspondent dana murray mcnichol was at the
5:13 pm
funeral. >> jesse, it was a somber day in woodstock, georgia the homestown of lincoln riley. we saw hundreds of people gathered at her funeral to celebrate the life of that passionate nursing student. lincoln riley's obituary says her smile was infectious and she spread joy everywhere she went. this tragedy deeply affected the community of athens. >> i feel like she was robbed of so much in her life. i saw yesterday where her kindergarten teacher had posted the note she wrote when she was little about becoming a nurse. she should have got to be a nurse. >> today the lead pastor at woodstock city church said she was a gift to everyone who knew her. smart, kind, compassionate and thoughtful doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. riley's death has prompted questions about how the city of athens will move forward about handling illegal immigration. the killer came into the u.s. illegally in 2022, just a few days ago protesters repeatedly interrupted the athens mayor
5:14 pm
during a press conference. the mayor made it clear that athens is not a sanctuary city while protesters screamed liar and called for him to resign. former president donald trump was at the border yesterday. he said he spoke with riley's devastated parents. >> she was just so beautiful in so many ways and brutally assaulted. horrifically beaten. kidnapped and savagely murdered. the monster that is charged in the death is an illegal alien migrant who was let into our country and released into our communities by crooked joe biden. he is crooked. >> a gofundme has been raised $178,000. five times the original goal. the proceeds will go toward starting the link and hope riley foundation to drive homicide awareness and safety for women. >> all right. another spy balloon. right back.

when you see the president of the united states avoiding colleges, avoiding large groups of people so he can do these little controlled settings so he doesn't ever hear about gaza, what does that tell you? >> what it tells me is that there is a lot of high emotion about what is going on in gaza. and the majority of american people are not comfortable with the president's policies. the largest protest will be on election day. he needs to take to heart what is happening. he cannot hide from the larger issue which is that the american people do not support his policies and he will pay for that. he will pay for that on election day if he doesn't listen closely to what people are trying to say. >> what does your heart tell you about joe biden? >> remember i am running against him. i think he is not the candidate that we need in order to defeat donald trump in 2024. but for me, it's not specifics whether he is hiding from protesters. it's about issues that i believe

we need to come forth but for the american people so we are actually presenting to the voters a real alternative to what trump is offering. >> he's been a disaster on immigration and disaster on the economy, on crime. how would you do a better job? >> i think we need an economic bill of rights. we have 39% of americans who are reporting now that they regularly skip meals in order to pay rent. we have half of renters who cannot afford their rent. we need to make some reel changes. we have over half of our bankruptcies based on medical debt. we have one in four americans living in debt. the first thing is we need a medicare for all program. we need to eliminate the college loan debt because it should never have occurred. that can be done with a higher education pack. we need subsidized childcare. we need tuition free college and texas school. and also both of those issues, the medicare for all as well as tuition free college and tech

5:34 pm
and there is a certain element that shows up in polling that shows that people, even independent voters, are sympathetic to the fact that his political opponents are putting him on trial so close to the election. this is a fraught moment, really, for the way the campaign plays out, the democracy in general. >> the media realize they arrested trump six times and it might make donald trump of all people a sympathetic character. i mean, his friends are now trying to scramble and paint trump as one of the people who is old and infirm. listen. >> people are actually voting? is that really? how stupid do you have to be? he can't complete a sentence. he can't complete a thought to. he looks so lost and confused. he jumbles his words.

5:36 pm
the bigger underlying issue or the other underlying issue here is there not only doing this here. if you look at the foreign policy, president biden's killer of the foreign policy is going around the world and protecting and spreading democracy and using that as an excuse to go and oftentimes wage these regime change wars, spending taxpayer dollars and putting our men and women's lives on the line in doing so. >> remember in the 90s when people said republicans may have gotten ahead of themselves going after clinton and his pole numbers went up? and remember after the impeachment, after the perfect phone call, the so-called perfect phone call, trump was at about 50% approval after he beat the wrap in the senate trial. is the same thing happening here? are they getting so crazy over the top with this politician donald trump that it's all going to just make them more popular?
5:37 pm
>> you don't have to ask me what i think. when you look at the polling numbers and how they continue to increase, the more that they throw these trumped up charges against president trump, the american people aren't stupid. that's one of the biggest mistakes that the democrat elite are making. they are insulting our intelligence. they do think we are so stupid as to not see exactly what they are doing in an increasingly overt way. they are trying to rigged the system for a long time. i saw it when i ran for president in 2020. they are doing this in broad daylight, putting out tweets, admitting as much and thinking we are not going to see it. the same problem at the border. biden pretending that he cares about the border when it's been his policy that have put us in the security crisis today. >> you are being considered for a vp slot. is that something you are open to? >> i would be open to that.
