[cheers and applause] >> sean: welcome to the "hannity" care where back. we are live in new york city with a live audience. these -- >> usa! usa! usa! usa! usa! >> sean: want a great crowd. thank you all for coming. i took the redeye back from the reagan library last night and i'm not even tired hanging out with this group. coming up tonight, tomi lahren, tudor dixon, jimmy failla, texas governor greg abbott. they are all going to be sitting right here. but first we have pathetic new chapter from your president, joe biden and it's now unfolding before our eyes. day one of the house impeachment inquiry into biden, what i call the joe biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations. it's in the books.
6:02 pm
it officially started. it did not disappoint. let's take a look. >> bank records obtained this week showed that on august 2, 2019, jonathan li sent hunter biden 250,000 listing joe biden's home address in wilmington, delaware. the wire stated it was for a personal investment. >> the biden family and associates received over $20 million from 23 different countries that they had business ties to oral communications with. they also had over 20 shell llcs where they would transfer money in and out. sick of this is text message between jim biden and hunter biden. hunter biden was in a bad way, really strung out, lost a bunch of money. jim biden says "this can work. you need a safe harbor." i can work with your father
6:03 pm
alone. >> this is a text message between hunter biden and someone, an agent of cef c. hunter says "my uncle will be here with his brother who would like to say hello to the chairman." he goes on, jim's brother, if he's coming, wants to say hello. his uncles brother. i wonder who that could be. i can't quite figure it out. >> sean: by the way, the mob and the media and all these democrats, there's no evidence. no, there's a mountain of evidence. anyway, it will take us hours to play all the evidence presented yesterday against joe biden. there are bank records. there are tax records. we have 170 suspicious activity report. we've got photographs. we've got text messages. we have what's app messages. i'm sitting next to my father. you will regrets, between everyone he knows in my ability to hold a grudge, not following through. anyway, we have emails. eyewitness accounts. purity of sworn testimony, whistle-blower

testament, and at least at least one damning fbi 1023 form from a highly credible fbi source quoting directly the ceo of burisma admitting to giving 5 million to one biden, 5 million to another biden. that would be called bribery where i grew up. i don't know what you call it where you grew up. or a shakedown. use whatever term you like. according to democrats, it's all, much ado about nothing. just a touching story about a father and his love for his son. a lot of love with a lot of dollars. take a look. >> thank you, mr. chairman. i want to say thank you to mr. donald trump for calling this hearing today. as it demonstrates, the house g.o.p. and donald trump's continued attacks on our institutions and on our democracy. >> this entire fake impeachment inquiry isn't about the united states. it's about hunter biden. the only thing the president is -- can be guilty of here is being a father.
6:05 pm
>> but i will tell you what the president has been guilty of peer keys unfortunate and guilty of loving his child unconditionally. and that is the only evidence that they are brought forward and honestly, i hope and pray that my parents love me half as much as he loves his child. >> donald trump impeachment. how many impeachments? two. how many indictments? four. how many for biden? zero, zero. >> donald trump is right. he's sick of winning. he's just winning, running away with it and that's why we are here. we are here because of math. >> sean: despite what we just heard, all of the events points the exact same thing: hunter biden selling access to the biden playground. i don't think the brand was the guy addicted to cocaine and drugs. out of the ticket was him. it had no expense. much of anything. joe biden, he was the branton every indication is joe lied to the american people as a candidate and as a brand repeatedly and regularly and alo that he was an active participant with these foreign

business partners that he denied even ever talking about. even meeting with the russian oligarch and others at cafe milano. anyway, a participant in the result of what? tens and tens of millions of dollars in the hands of biden family members and money used to enrich joe biden himself. we have the emails to prove it. let's look at one example. according to a 2017 text message from hunter, the family brand was "the families only asset" and hunter was not going to give it away cheap. for years, hunter reportedly now reportedly sold access to the brand in exchange for tens of millions in cash, gifts, diamonds, a sports car, to sketching foreign nationals from china, ukraine, russia, kazakhstan, romania, and a number of other countries. the proceeds directly benefited joe, hunter, and james comer says nine family members in total. even grandchildren. sure they were very, very --

worked very, very hard to earn that money in oil, gas, and coal and other businesses. in fact, new evidence from the house ways and means committee revealed to another 50 grand wired payments originating in beijing. there are -- they are our number one geo potable folk aren't they? was to joe biden's delaware home as the beneficiary address. these chinese payments were from 2019 when joe was running for president. and hunter come he was out there living in malibu. back in the home he was renting according to the landlord. wire transfers were labeled as personal investment. now it's not everyday that the communist party of china is wiring a mere quarter million dollars to the home of a u.s. presidential candidate. i'm not even including the 5.1 after the whatsapp message. that was delivered, just days later. democrats, they aren't concerned. joe's last name is biden.
6:08 pm
it's not donald trump. it's not eric trump. it's not donald trump jr. it's not ivanka trump. so it's just not a big deal for them. the always petulant congressman and biden super fan, this idiot from new york, dan golden, is much more infatuated with hatred of legal scholar, professor jonathan turley. why's that? because professor jonathan turley always exposes golden for who he truly is. a complete idiot. >> mr. turley, he said 19 that impeachment requires a clear criminal act, is that right? >> no. in the trump impeachment i said repeatedly can impeach someone for noncriminal conduct. what i said then, i am saying that which is i strongly encourage you to look. >> that testimony is there. you can't. i have ten seconds left. you have said that lying is a president is not impeachable.
6:09 pm
you have said that there is an influence peddling campaign but you willing knowledge, will you not, that in order to have a criminal act of public corruption or bribery, there must be under mcdonnell an official act in connection to some sort of personal benefit. isn't that right? >> the gentleman's time has expired. please answer the question. figure i can point you to my testimony. >> just answer the question! >> it's a little more complex. >> no it's not! official act for personal benefit. >> the gentlest and has expired. >> sthe congressman is known asn gold gold men around town because he always seems to accidentally be bolstering the claims against the big guy joe biden. take a look. >> you testified that he said -- that hunter told his dad according to rob walker, quote i may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys. let me ask you, that doesn't
6:10 pm
sound much like joe biden was involved in whatever hunter biden was doing with the cfc if hunter biden is telling him that he is trying to do business with them, does it? >> no, but it does show that he told his father he was trying to do business. >> well, that is true. hunter biden does try to do business without correct. >> it was clear it was part of the daily conversations that hunter biden had with his fa father. and like most of the time, now president biden didn't even know who the people he was at dinner, he was just asked to say hello. he would talk about, he described it several times. they asked over and over. he described what the weather was, what's going on on your end. >> sean: so joe calls hunter with his foreign business partners. what did they talk about? the weather. [laughter]
6:11 pm
anybody believe that? >> no! >> sean: no. no doubt dan, who is dumb, they were paying hunter millions to talk to pops and his business partners from other countries about the weather. think about how much of this story has evolved. first, biden, his supporters said joe never once discussed business with hunter, his brother, or anybody, for that matter. they claimed likely have been saying, he in business deals when they changed their story and then they said sure biden met with or talked to hundreds business partners occasionally about the weather. but just in passing. now then of course they admitted that joe frequently engaged with hundreds business partners, even went to dinner with oligarchs. just because joe was a loving father trying to help his son, joe never got any of the money. we have emails that counter that message. here's the message. sure, joe biden's house was listed as the beneficiary address for a massive wire transfer from china while joe
6:12 pm
was running for president and hunter was living in california. but it's just not a big deal. it's just a wire transfer. it's not like it's physical cash. you would have to actually go to the bank and cash the money they gave you. i'm sure they did. of course in our hyperpartisan world, democrats will try most anything to defend their president. what about biden's so-called independent doj? what are they doing? don't they investigate possible crime, foreign bribery, corruption, influence peddling question like that brings us to the other email from hunter biden. according to the house ways and means committee. even cnn is in possession of an email where hunter claims that all of his legal stuff is going to go away once pops becomes president. you know what? i think hunter was onto something. if not for a few government whistle-blowers and responsible george in delaware, hunter and joel, they wouldn't have a care in the world.
6:13 pm
but the doj's work to protect the big guy began well before joe was even sworn in in 2020. the liberal lawyers at the doj, they demanded that investigators scrub all references to joe biden during a potential warrant. notably hunter has never been charged with a violation likely because such a crime would implicate his father. he should talk to paul manafort. while the doj acts as the personal legal defense team for the president, the house is investigating biden over many serious allegations. three people leading the investigation join us now. chairman of the house judiciary committee, jim jordan perry chairman of the house oversight and accountability committee, james comer, the chairman of the house ways and means committee, jason smith is with us. [applause] thank you all. all right, jim jordan. let me start with you. i keep hearing from the media mob and democrats in the
6:14 pm
white house. but there's no evidence. none at all. you have a list of evidence. i think you could probably go on for the next 10 minutes giving us evidence. >> yeah, i'm going to try to go to the central evidence, the transcript that we just had of the deposition of hunter biden's business partner, devon archer. we asked him this question. i've got it here. the request was from the united states government to deal with the pressure they were under from the prosecutor. devon archer's response to that question was correct. next question. what did hunter biden do after he got that request? devon archer's answer, he called his dad. which begs the real question, what did joe biden do? joe biden, five days later after this happened on december 4, 2015, joe biden gets on a plane, place ukraine, and starts the process to fire the prosecutor, the very guy they asked him to go after because he was applying the pressure. they don't stop there, sean. after they get that guy fired,
6:15 pm
the next prosecutor, they work on making sure he drops the charges against the burisma executive that hunter biden was working for. if that's not a corrupt influence peddling scheme i don't know what is and that's exactly what professor turley called it today in our hearing. >> sean: james comer, let's go over the evidence. there is a lot of it. to sum up, the biggest evidence that you and your committee and had a great couple of lines in an opening statement today that i think every body needs to see. talking about the bank records. tell everybody watching right now, what evidence do you have? we have been choirs that show the bidens took $20 million from foreign nationals in at least five different countries. they can't say one thing they did to earn that $20 million. we also have evidence that they started 20 shell companies. they use these shell companies to receive the wires from the foreign nationals. and then according to the banks, in the 170 different suspicious
6:16 pm
activity reports, those with the bank violations, they then took those wires through the shell companies and launder them down to the biden family, nine different biden family members and incremental payments. that shows money-laundering, that shows a lot of problems with respect to influence peddling is interesting, and your monologue you showed the clip from dan goldman. he admitted that the biden family was influence peddling. and he admitted that joe biden lied. that was really the basis for our first hearing, to justify why we are going to impeachment inquiry and prove that joe biden lied over a dozen times about his knowledge and his family's business schemes and to prove this family was influence peddling. i think every american has a problem with the fact that our president's family was selling access to him to our enemies around the world. >> sean: we have shell corporations, 170 suspicious activity reports.
6:17 pm
and we have nine family members that you have identified having been paid and you believe that this is going to go north of maybe $50 million for the bidens alone? >> well, we have got to get to jim biden and that's why today i signed the subpoenas to subpoena jim biden's personal bank accounts. he has flown under the radar because quite frankly he didn't leave a laptop laying around. but we know from people that we have talked to, from evidence and emails and text messages, that he too was just as involved as hunter. the text message today from jim biden to hunter biden when hunter was going to rehab. he said don't worry, i'll work with your dad. we'll finish those deals. there is overwhelming evidence that joe biden was involved in all of the shady business schemes. that's a problem. that's a threat to our national security. and today we rehashed and went over all the different items of evidence and we announce the subpoenas. we are going to continue to move
6:18 pm
forward and follow the money. >> sean: jason smith, house ways and means committee have an important role in all of this investigation. all of your investigation seem to run in tandem here and what have you learned about joe biden, his family, never mind out all started with lies and the fact is he met with and talk to many foreign business partners and even had dinner with russian oligarchs and other business partners at coffee milano. it doesn't sound like a guy that never talked to his son, brother, or anybody for that matter about business. what if you learned on the house ways and means committee? >> that's exactly right, sean. yesterday the house ways and means committee released over 700 pages of documents we received from the irs whistle-blowers. in those documents, sean, we know that president biden was aware of his sons business dealings. but these documents prove that he was connected to his son's business dealings through emails, through phone calls,
6:19 pm
through dinners at the white house, to foreign trips on air force two. we also know that hunter biden and his associates have business contacts in 23 verified different countries, bringing in more than $20 million which he didn't pay taxes on a big part of that amount. but we also know, sean, that there was much obstruction that there was not only obstruction in investigating and hunter biden but there was obstruction investigating president joe biden. there was a count where joe biden was mentioned in the search warrant. the justice department made his name be taken out of the search warrant. we also know that irs investigators thought that they should pursue campaign finance violations and guess what. the justice department said under no circumstance go into joe biden. >> sean: last, jim jordan.
6:20 pm
you have four facts that never change. what are they? >> hunter biden gets put on the board of burisma. he's not qualified to be on the board. he said so himself. fact three, burisma executives ask him to weigh in and relieve the pressure. fact four, joe biden does just that, wheezing and relieves the pressure in that last fact is entirely consistent with what the confidential human source told the fbi and they recorded it in the 1023 form. the final fact is the justice department tried to sweep it under the rug. this is a tale as old as time. politician takes actions that benefit his family financially and then they try to conceal it. that is as old as the hills and that's exactly what it looks like plato. >> sean: am i correct in describing this as necessity joe biden bribery money-laundering scandal allegations? yes or no. james comer. >> yes. >> sean: jason, yes or no. >> absolutely. >> sean: jim jordan, yes or no. >> that sure looks like what the facts are pointing to. that's why we are doing this.
6:21 pm
>> sean: thank you for sharing your time and information with the american people that are being lied to by the media everything the day and by the democratic party. we appreciate it. all right, coming up, open borders, rampant looting, lawlessness spreading throughout joe biden's america. right here in studio, texas governor greg abbott is next as we continue.

[cheers and applause] school in new york city has a new message for illegal immigrants: go someplace else. they are overwhelmed. it's nothing compared to texas or other border states. city officials are passing out a flyer to illegals letting them that new york is one of the most expensive cities in the world and that they are way better off going to far less expensive places to live. in underdeveloped -- by the way, they don't give free five-star hotels for our veterans are homeless. they don't get any help but if you're an illegal immigrant, you are in a four or five star hotel in new york. this comes as texas governor greg abbott visits the city of new york to speak about the border crisis with a stark warning for people in new york. new yorkers, i know you're probably out drinking and

[laughter] but take a look those of you that are watching. >> what you're dealing with in new york, what you're seeing and witnessing in the state is a tiny fraction of what is happening every single day in the state of texas. >> sean: all right, meanwhile, just to the south of here, look at philadelphia. look at what happened those a couple nights ago. cities suffering through two night out of control looting. last night, look at your screen. windows broken, shells empty, total chaos. it's all just another day in a big blue city or state, isn't it? joining us now, his first studio parents ever, let's give warm welcome to texas governor greg abbott. here you go, governor. he is the star quarterback. by the way, we have been friends forever. i think the world of you.
6:29 pm
you know, it's very interesting. you invited mayor adams and other new york politicians to come to the border and see the border for themselves. they didn't come. then all then all of a sudden they realize it's going to cost $12 billion in 18 months. it's costing $40,000 per illegal immigrant in new york. and now even the governor is saying if you're going to come in the country illegally, don't come here. wow, how they change their tune. >> exactly. what we have seen us when democrats have to face up to the reality of what texas has to deal with everything will day, they adopt the same approach texas has. we need the president to start enforcing the immigration laws of the united states of america, period. cities, the border cities. >> in all my life of public service, i've never seen anything like what happened this past week with what joe biden did because texas has built mile after mile after mile of concertina razor wire barrier to prevent it will immigrants from coming in and it worked. they stopped coming in. here's the deal. biden is border patrol used wire cutters to cut it open, open it up, and thousands came in. they are aiding and abetting illegal entry into the united states. >> sean: all they want to do it seems is take you to court. are they giving you any money? any financial support? no. okay. here's the thing. i have watched you. you've built caravans. you've sent more agents. you brought your own people down there. you've put up barriers. every time you try to protect the people of your state, they won't allow you to enforce what

is the law of this country. >> i tell you, the most innovative thing that we did were those buoys in the water. they were kind of designed and created by the border patrol themselves and the border patrol under trump said they would work and you know what, they do work. so we put them in the water. no one has crossed across those buoys. we are in a lawsuit right now. if we win that lawsuit, were going to have hundreds of miles of buoys as a border wall in the state of texas. >> sean: that's really important. [applause] can i ask you. i gave you the amount of money that they are claiming it's going to cost the illegal immigrant issue in new york city for example. new york state. they're actually thinking about only new york can think of this because it's so dumb. they actually want an illegal immigrant new tax. so they want citizens to pay for their amnesty, their sanctuary status. i mean. by the way, another reason to

the reality is there's a lot of human suffering here. you have to put all of your resources and concentrate in the areas where you had as many coming right to record this past week. 11,000 in a day. 10,000 the day before. all of these resources are going to areas of high concentration. the drug cartels and human traffickers, free rein to continue their multibillion-dollar enterprises that are killing our kids. >> correct. it's not just border states. here in new york city last week, a 1-year-old child died because of exposure to fentanyl. it's deadly across the entire country. the texas department of public safety alone has seized more than enough fentanyl to kill every man, woman, and child in the entire united states of america. deadly and dangerous. >> sean: if any of these new york politicians have any
