gates and sarah carter, investigative reporter down at the southern border with title 42 about to expire. the rush across this border will unlike anything we have seen, and by the way a lot after the 2-1/2 years of joe biden open borders. and senator ted cruz and mike pence with us. and begin with capitol hill, james comer will join detailed against the biden syndicate and damning new details involving joey himself. and what we learn from the investigation. this is the beginning of the investigation and interim report. first based on documents and

believed that the biden family and associates established over 20 parent shell companies with no clear purpose but to obscure transfer of money, often to biden family members. and locke to vp and over 10 million from foreign nationals to biden and family and friends, for example, how payments of china ended up in a biden family member. and started at chinese state and to a national and filtered to five different shell companies set up by biden associates. and we have way of knowing what to get for that money and expect in return. and by the way not just money,

according to comer's report the same chinese company gave biden a large diamond. during a meeting. make no mistake not a marriage proposal and not just hunter benefiting from these deals, take a look. >> joe biden's son. joe biden's brother. joe biden's brother's wife. hunter biden's girlfriend or bo hunter's wife and current wife and three children of the president's son and the president's brother. so we're talking about grandchildren -- a grandchild, that's odd, most people that work hard every day its gran grandchild doesn't get a wire from a foreign national.

occurred while joe biden was vice president. in fact the money stops flowing from the romannian national soon after joe biden leaves the vice president. this is a pattern of influencing. >> and when biden left office the money stopped flowing. and to be clear when biden of vice president his family was raking in millions and millions of money, not england and france, this is money flowing from the most corrupt places on the planet. eastern europe and ukraine. fire the prosecutor and not getting billion and have six hours and son of a "b" they investigated biden and had no experience with gas or ukraine.

and paying a fortune. and not coming directly to hunter. the funds passed to one shell company or another. and two obvious questions -- if this is a legitimate business while funnel through a shell organization? and what were the bidens selling, what goods did they offer or services they provide? at the least this is bribery and corruption and need answers to all questions. if joe biden was named donald trump, you better believe he would be a target of a serious investigation. but the doj and fbi don't see interested. and today fbi had a legally binding subpoena from comer and senator mcgraskey.

and they have what is a time as vice president and keep in mind this is not a confidential document. just to keep in track, we have one documented allegation of bribery from joe biden from what they call a credible whistleblower source. and we have bank records and business records and e-mails from hunter's laptop but whining and complaining to give half of his income to pops. and e-mail discussing the big guy getting 10% and tony saying this is joe biden. and about home repairs. and pictures of hunter and one business associate offered to cooperate with the fbi. and today new bombshell allegations from james comer

investigation, can you guess what interested in? federal indictment of my congressman, george santos. by the way while biden doa is continuing the legal struggle and only a few months to bring charges against a freshman congressman over a few thousands dollars and alleged fraud. do we have a two-tier justice system and look at cnn press page. do you see anything about comer presser, you do not. and how the media mob with santos leaving the courthouse, and dozens of and dozens of reporters chasing after a low-level lawmaker and chasing him straight to his car. when is the last time you saw this person, hunter biden, for example. ever see the media act that way

is not reporting this correctly. said that none of these transactions ever occurred while joe biden was in public office. we proved that was false. most shell companies created when joe biden was vice president. and when you got to the $1 million from romania, filtered and laundered how you want to describe it, down to the bidens in 16 of 17 payments from the corrupt person in romania and foreign national romania. happened while joe biden was vice president and visiting romania and in charge of foreign aide. and what we talk about is breathtaking and as you mentioned sean, mainstream media didn't cover it and covered the

george santos stuff. and prove that is this media is cover for joe biden in a manner never seen. >> talking about $10 million from foreign countries and even to grandchildren, what service they could perform if any. and 20llc's and describe passing money from one llc to a shell company, and what is the purpose of that? >> the purpose is to disguise who the sender and deceive irs. when joe biden talks about tax sheets he doesn't need to look further than his christmas photo. and the way that the shell companies are created fit the definition of racketeering. you have shell companies created for the sole purpose to funneling money to the biden family.

if the president's son was providing a service to romania and china or any other country that we disclose. why didn't the company send directly to hunter biden? why funnel to associate llc and two or three biden llc's and send the payments sporadically to family members. you mentioned the grandchildren i hated to bring up the fact that three grandchildren received wires. i don't believe they did anything wrong just the misfortune that had family members to use them in their scheme to launder money and deceive the irs in order not to pay taxes. and disguise who the sender was to avoid getting in trouble for dealing with foreign nationals. >> let me ask you this. >> it's really bad. >> you sent a letter along with chuck grassley to the fbi and

doa of a 1023 form after a whistleblower and in possession and not classified and alleged criminal scheme of joe biden and policy decisions. they said that they would work with you, and is that acknowledgment, you gave them to noon deadline today and an acknowledgment that document exist? >> i that could say that the document exist or we looked into it and nothing there. but what they sent was patronizing letter, simply trust the fbi and anything there, they will take care of it.

sorry sean, like america i have no trust in the fbi and when they fail to work with us as a credible investigation of the president of the united states, is troubling. chuck grassley is a not a theorist or drama queen. i read the transcript from the whistleblower and alleging sean what is consistent with what we see from the companies and llc's. and a pattern by the biden family members to launder money in areas that joe biden has influence as vice president or now president of the united states. this is a very important piece of our investigation and the fbi just gave us the middle finger and said, you worry about yourself, we're worry about ours. that's not going to cut it and demand this letter and use every

how much money and what did joe know and personally profit and make policy decisions based on the monies coming in. a lot of questions there. >> yeah, you pretty much laid it out. let me simplify this, this is an organized criminal enterprise with all the tax and laundering. and joe biden is the front man and hunter biden is the bad man. joe biden is vice president and goes into countries with outside influence as vice president. and goes as in as representative of our country, the greatest country on earth. and wrapped in the flag of the united states and all the power and prestige that is attended to that. and goes in and lectures in romania about anticorruption, goes in the front door. but at the back door is hunter biden with his bag collecting the cash. and what he does at the same

time joe biden makes himself as point man on energy as vice president. and goes to ukraine, if you don't fire the investigator of the company that my son is on the board making $80,000 and we will withhold tax money and hunter in the back door collecting money. this is a crime family. why would joe biden never say, yeah, i know my son is outside of the country. >> how do you explain barisa. because hunter goes on good morning america and admits no experience in energy and ukraine and gas and oil. >> they are not student-stupid, they are getting something for

i want to ask about the involvement of the fbi and the lead up to the 2020 election. they had hunter laptop in 2020 and they had fbi agents prebunking the hunter laptop story with big tech companies weeks before the election. and now that letter of officials and active cia employees were recruiting people to sign that letter that they used quote, that joe biden could have a talking point against donald trump in upcoming debate. >> right. it's all breathtaking. and let me just say to you and all of your viewers and your great audience there. i can't comprehend any of this. when i was vice president of the united states, my son wasn't sitting on the board of a foreign corporation. he was sitting in the cockpit of

f35 for the united states marine corp depending our country. and the truth of the matter -- the american people look at this and they understand what it is. the important thing and you understand this, sean, and maybe the greatest example in american media is the opposite. what we see here is unholy alliance between the mainstream media and liberal democrats that essentially collude to suppress the stories. it would be a year and a half after the 2020 election before the american people found out that the biden family knew, that was hunter's laptop that came out and represented in the new york post. and now we see this information coming out and i think that the most jarring thing in that hearing today. when congressman comer revealed

does that sound like leadership? i don't think so. and our sarah carter joins with exclusive, down at the border. sarah. >> yeah, sean. as title 42 is expect to expire tomorrow night. law enforcement officials here in texas, governor greg abbott as well as the national guard are preparing for the worse and call it to my sources critical levels waiting to come over from the refugee camps. i saw it myself with my own eyes while we were out. and part of the plan that the governor has in place is with the national guard. now have what they call the quick reaction force deployed at the border. and saw some of them a few moments ago heading to the river behind me. and the quick reaction force is to work with law enforcement officials and working on issues of crime.

expecting crime to surge and possible violence. this is something that we haven't heard in the past as the people are expected to come rushing across the border. i spoke with lieutenant alvaros texas dps. how bad is this and we have seen the national guard putting together quick reaction force. and you have your officers on the border, dps. how bad are you assessing the situation? >> if we look at numbers past years and 7-8,000 a day and hit 10,000. and these are asylum seekers and not talking about the got-aways. just people not coming across in large groups and don't lose focus between points of entry. you have people trying to avoid

beat donald trump and push off these allegations that we had brought up in hunter biden's laptop. and successful. joe biden managed to use that letter in that debate to get himself out of trouble. and the cia, that's the bombshell this week, wasn't just the 51 former cia and other intelligence officials. it was the actual cia. at least one cia employee and mike pompeo, the former cia director said, if there was one, you know there was more than one complicit in creating that letter and soliciting signatures for it. and should be investigated and something for the next president to cleanup the fbi and cia, they are they clear and present danger to american citizens.

and turned the weapons used overseas, now turned on americans. >> mack gates, what miranda is describing is serious and you are part of the judicious committee and looking into whether or not the fbi has been politicized and whether or not the doj, what do you see it evolve to? >> it has to evolve into a defanging and defunding of the entities and authorities against the american people. i lack miranda's patience and i don't want to wait for the next president but in the budget fight. will the real mike pence please stand up? i remember months ago he went and spoke to the society and so

libel on assault and defamation, i find it hard to read that verdict. >> how you read it, compromise. this case was a rape case all along. she said rape, rape, rape. and the attorneys did opening on fact she was rape. and rape case and nothing more and nothing less. the jury found that she didn't get raped. and this is a civil case, and important for the viewers to understand this, standard is preponderance of the evidence and 51% and here the jury found that she didn't meet the lowest threshold allowed by law. in turn they found they didn't believe her. but yet because this case so contaminated with rulings that violated the rights of president

trump. letting the access hollywood tape in, which had nothing to do with this case. letting that be played five times before a jury. and you can see a jury react to that. >> nothing to do with the case -- >> nothing to do with the case. and neither did these other women from 1979 that came in, on an airplane he grabbed me leg. how do you defend and nothing to do with this case. and we made a motion of mistrial. this appeal is uncertainty. and the top appell lawyers said there is no scenario this stands on appeal. where the second circuit is not an anti-trump group it's a balanced group. that's what we need is fair and impartial. understand this, i spent the day fielding congratulation calls and i don't feel that way, we
