has rejected kevin mccarthy, the speaker of the house, all of the meeting request and would not even pick up the phone and take mccarthy's calls. even blasted a gop bill raising the debt limit. the very thing that will prevent the u.s. from defaulting. but now with a possible default, only 22 days away, joe biden, well, today he finally went with the speaker of the house and the minority leader of the senate. is this a little too little too late? coming up tonight, we will ask louisiana senator john kennedy that question. but first, we start tonight with this. did the cra actively help joe biden get elected president in the fall of 2020? did they put a cinderblock on the scales of the election as is alleged about the fbi? a bombshell new report from the house judiciary committee. is a -- it is exposing a socking level of election malfeasance among employees. according to foxnews.com. "the cia may have a assisted in

obtaining signatories for the letter signed by 51 former national security officials, discrediting the hunter biden laptop as a russian disinformation ahead of the 2020 presidential election." at one former cia agent who signed on to bouggess z an active employee with the agency's classification review board encouraged him to sign in the fall of 2020 and active agent. as he recounted, cia employee informed him about that statement. the cia employee read the text of the statement to him and then the cia employee asked him if he would like to join. put simply it appears that the cia was framing provide an election disinformation to its former agents in order to fast-track a letter discrediting the new york post very real reporting about the very real hunter biden laptop from hell.

the question is, why? it is obvious. to give joe biden a lying talking point prior to a presidential debate later that week. needless to say, the cia is not supposed to interfere in u.s. elections. that would be an egregious abuse of power. in other words, it was despicable that 51 former intel officials lied to you, the american people on a document, all to help joe biden and hurt donald trump and the 2020 presidential election. but for active members of the cia to participate, also in this scheme, that makes it beyond the pale and remember, the fbi was also meeting weekly. you were call with big tech warning them every week that they may be victims of a foreign disinformation campaign and it may be about joe biden or hunter biden. so how do we hold the bad actors accountable? how do we prevent democrats from the deep state from ever doing this again? how do we stop them in 2024? this is two presidential

elections now in a row. here with the very latest, house judiciary committee chairman jim jordan is with us. all right. it is beyond extraordinary. we have talked about the fbi and meeting with big tech. we got to do a timeline here. the fbi had hunter's laptop in december of 2019. john solomon reports they verified it in the spring of 2020. why was the fbi then, we know the case in missouri. the twitter integrity site had you all wrong. why was he saying and warning twitter that the disinformation may be about joe or hunter biden? that is the fbi side of it. let's go to that first. >> right. right. yeah, they were rebounding a story that they knew it was likely to come out. they were telling big tech, hey, be on the lookout for a hack and leak operation. it is going to happen in october of 2020 right before the person's election and it will involve hunter biden. how did they know? how could they forecast the future? it is because they had a laptop. they were getting everyone ready

for this and then of course, the country is the letter that came from the 51 former intel officials that you just reference. >> sean: talk about what we have here. the cia itself meaning active agents may have assisted in getting the 51 former intel community officials to sign onto a laptop. it took john brennan and mike morell wrote him 19 minutes later, john rourke -- john brannon was like, sure, i will sign onto something he knew nothing about knowing that that would have an impact on the election. what have we learned now. >> we know the cia reviewed and approved the letter. when mike morell said it to him. we also know that there was a person on this review board who contacted one of the individuals who signed the letter. he had something else pending in front of the review board. he said, hey, would you be willing to sign this letter and read it to this information. david who wants of signing the letter. not only did they review and approve the letter, they were

actively soliciting recruiting people to sign on. this is the cia of president trump while president trump is president running for the highest office in the land approving a ledger, reviewing a letter, and then recruiting other people to sign onto the letter that was designed to help joe biden in the upcoming de debate. that is their -- [overlapping speakers] >> sean: it is it a fair statement to say that the fbi and cia knowingly tried to interfere in the 2020 election to assist and help joe biden? >> whoa, i do notice. the fbi seems to get involved in every election. 2016, it was, you know, it was the dossier and the russia. 2018, it was the mueller investigation. 2020, it was this story. 2022, they weighed. in trump's home 91 days before the election. maybe would be nice we the people decide who we want to elect. think about what the cia did. this was a person who works in the cia. calling up someone else who has got something pending, by the way, in front of the review board. in some ways, you could say, was

this a quid pro quo? you are a publication, different different. that you are doing. which would you be willing to sign onto this letter? maybe it is some agent who got something wrong. made a big mistake. i don't know. it happen according to what this individual who signed the letter sent us in an e-mail to the committee and you, well that with everything else we know, that the biden campaign, tony blinken, called up mike morell and said, take a look into this russia situation and sent a story from usa today. he starts running with it, puts together a letter after the letter is used. he said, i want to help joe biden in the debate. i want him to be the next president. after that is over, mike morell gets a call from the biden campaign from steve marchetti and he says, thank you for doing it. the campaign chair thanks morel. that is all what we now have uncovered and put out of this report. >> sean: do you have any idea what james comer is going to reveal to the country tomorrow? he has asked the a.g.

he has asked law enforcement not to indict hunter biden until information is released tomorrow. are you aware of that will -- what that information is. >> they are going to sign everything that the committee has looked at and understand the basics. 170 suspicious activity reports. thousands of pages of bank records. 20 llcs that got all kinds of money. millions of dollars from foreign entities. that was paid to. multiple people in the biden family. joe's brother, his son, his sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, paid all kinds of people in the biden family. as we talked about before, sean, the question is, what did they do to thwart receipt of the money? what value did they have? what business did they actually run? what were they doing? no one seems to be able to answer that question, and then we have on top of that this alleged whistleblower report, this is 1023's form and we are hopefully going to get to the fbi that mr. comey has asked the fbi. we will see if they provide that

report. >> sean: is there any evidence that joe biden may have performed certain actions and been rewarded financially? have we been able to trace any of this money? we talked about the 170 suspicious activity reports. james comer talked about over 20 llcs used to pay family members. do we have any indication that joe biden and anyway benefited financially and were any acts taken by him for that money that he may have received or his family may have received? >> i think we have to wait and see, sean, because this is what the whistleblower alleged to senator grassley. the fbi is supposed to get back to them tomorrow morning. so we will wait and see if in fact the fbi gets back to them and answers that fundamental question. but that is what the whistleblower has alleged who came to senator grassley. we will have to see what we find out tomorrow. >> sean: yeah. all right, the alleged

whistleblower. anyway, jim and jordan, thank you. big news tonight. also joining us was more on tony blinken's role in all of this, with some breaking news, investigative reporter editor-in-chief of just the news.com, john solomon. you have news breaking. >> yes, sir. chairman jordan just reference it, an important piece of evidence. and an e-mail that the senior campaign adviser soon to be 2020, the secretary of state nominee, secretary of state in october 2020, he not only called micro to instigate or to trigger the letter that is the word that mike morell use, trigger, he later delivers the main payload of the letter. what is that? it is the one reference. in the letter that claims that russian does that laptop is russian disinformation. most of the letters uses some nice intelligence being -- this has the hallmarks of a russian information campaign. but russian information campaign can be something true that the

russians just want to take advantage of. russian disinformation meaning the laptop is fake, false. and that one sentence that is put into that letter, the one sentence, the whole media, lobs onto comes from tony blinken when he sends the article to mike morell, you have a copy of it. we shared it with fox news a little bit ago. this e-mail shows tony blinken on the ninth of october 17th around 10:15 in the evening sending the article, the only thing that really ever suggested the laptop was russian disinformation and that e-mail or that story gets boiled down into the famous line that dismissed the hunter biden laptop as disinformation. those 51 intelligence experts had no basis to make that claim. tony blinken gives him a basis by sending him a news article from usa today which turned out to not be true. determined the fbi did not need to be meeting weekly with big tech and talking about hunter's

laptop suggesting that might be a russian disinformation campaign when in fact they had a copy of the laptop and they could have verified it. you told me on this program that they did verify the authenticity of it. i believe in the spring of 2020. >> i do know witnesses that were being shown e-mails and being questioned about the most by the fbi in the spring and summer of 2020. yes. that is true. i ascertain that. remember what happen in real time. the night rep -- john comes out and said there is no evidence. the fbi assures me that and the fbi put out a statement saying we have got nothing to add. we don't dispute. >> sean: let me be clear here. we have the fbi. we have former members of the intelligence committee organized by tony blinken and mike morell is a part of that. and now we also have people within the cia as just reported by congressman jim jordan, all involved in an effort to put, you know, to influence the 2020

presidential election. >> yeah, keep in mind the cia is explicitly prohibited from interfering in domestic affairs in the united states. so if this person, if this member of the review board did encourage someone to sign the letter, encouraging people to get involved in the letter signature, that would be a real crossing of the land according to cia experts i talked to tonight even some of the witnesses that jim bullard -- jim jordan's committee interviewed. they did that, that would be a bridge too far but you got the cia interfering in domestic policy. if these allegations are cooperative, which i think jim jordan has t done and censoring people who could call into question. to agencies that are not involved in politics. >> sean: you could not write this as a spy novel and it would be livable. thank you. we will follow this until we get to the bottom of everything. tomorrow will be a consequential day for the by the white house

house spokesman. in sam's downplaying oversight committee chairman james comer's announcement that tomorrow is going to be judgment day for the white house with this meme from "it's always sunny in philadelphia." the white house has accused republicans of failing to provide evidence of her years of allegations of corruption. against the bidens and tonight they are targeting comber's credibility and also going after republicans' credibility. telling me, congressman comer has a history of playing fast and loose with the facts while refusing to conduct his so-called investigations with legitimacy. he has hidden information from the public to leak and promote his own hand-picked narratives to log personal attacks at the president and his family. he went on to say that comer and house republicans should be using their time to raise the debt ceiling, something that the president indicated in unplanned

remarks the white house is not engaged at all in the question about potential charges against hunter biden either how they may react or how they are preparing for it. the president maintains that his son has not done anything wrong and he said as recently as friday, the only way that hunter impacts his presidency is by making him proud. sean? >> sean: jacqui heinrich, thank you. by the way, what did joe know? how much money in business that the biden family do with china, russia, kazakhstan, ukraine, how much money of those deals that they profit in those deals? how much did they put in their pocket in other words? 2019, we heard the same denial from then-candidate fighting over and over again according to joe, he never had anything to do could not even a super simple conversation with his son and his foreign business dealings. take a look. >> reporter: how many times have you spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?

anyway, meanwhile today in a manhattan civil court, a jury cleared trump and the case of those we don't know if it is 27, 28 or 29-year-old rape allegation but then found him liable of assault in order to pay e. jean carroll $5 million. going is not with reaction the author of "trump," alan dershowitz and the author of the book the trial of the century, fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett is with us. let's start with the news that the fbi and the cia and what you heard from jim jordan tonight and what we expect to hear from james comer tomorrow. >> i think you are going to hear that joe biden's role as vice president currently intersected with his son's business dealings, documents, records and also that they were intertwined, interconnected, hunter's partners and clients making regular business -- visits.

you play the clip. joe still insists, i did not know anything about it. clear evidence belies that. i suspect tomorrow morning the house oversight committee will lay out the hard evidence that they dug up millions in foreign money flowing into a web of llcs and shell companies that have no apparent business' except to be receptacle for cash from influence peddling schemes so these biden piggy banks than shuffle the payola around various accounts and then gave it to family members and so sean, in washington, where corruption is endemic, sadly, the bidens have taken it to new heights. >> sean: yeah. professor dershowitz, let me ask you this. we know about the fbi meeting weekly with big tech in the lead up to 23 election. we know that they were warning big tech that they may be victims of misinformation. we know that they said that misinformation may be about joe

or hunter biden. we also know the fbi had hunter biden's laptop in december of 2019. john solomon just reported they had verified its authenticity in the spring of 2020. so there's for prs involvement. specifically telling big tech, hey, be careful. if it is about joe or hunter. we have the cia. we have former intel officials that had no knowledge of the laptop signing onto this letter of 51 people and now reporting tonight that jim jordan reporting that in fact active cia workers if you will or agents were involved in getting people to sign on to 51 former intel list. >> yeah. >> sean: is that interference? >> it is. and it is part of a bigger problem. the bigger problem is there are some decent people. i know the people who signed that letter, decent people who think that trump is different.

that anything involving trump justifies any distortion of ethical rules, constitutional rules, legal rules. the goal is get trump. make sure he is not elected president again. whatever it takes to do that, they will do. and so we see distortions at every aspect, cia, criminal justice, justice department rules. in the rape case today, a judge allowing jurists to remain anonymous even from the jurors, even from the defense attorneys, that is just unheard of. the rules simply change when donald trump is involved. and that is what concerns me. this is an easy case to win on appeal, instant -- inconsistent verdicts, statutes of limitations and if it was anyone except donald trump, it would be a slamdunk reversal on appeal. but it is donald trump. and the appellate vertical -- verdict will come down either just before or just after the

election. and the circuit court will be able to time it in a way that may very clearly impact the election. we should be very worried about the weaponization of our criminal justice and our justice system in general to get trump. >> sean: i agree with that completely and we will give you the last word, gregg. >> trump will argue of the trial judge may -- made presidential ruins, allowed evidence and testimony that should have been excluded. granted it is an uphill battle. but it is not insurmountable and in the meantime, i think trump supporters may put the verdict in context. they know new york is an ultraliberal city that voted against trump overwhelmingly and probably the worst place for him to try to find a fair and impartial jury. that a jury does not exist. >> sean: crazy times, guys. thank you both. professors, thank you. and gregg jarrett, thank you. when we come back, joe biden

and inflation, crime, the border, afghanistan, the forfeiture of america's energy independence because of his covert policies. our kids have experienced largest liturgy -- learning loss in modern history. i mean, how many roads must a man walk down until he knows he has lost? now, speaker mccarthy has given the president an extraordinary opportunity to demonstrate leadership. and if the president does not take it and he causes america to default on its debt, the president is a smoked turkey. and i don't understand why he does not understand that. today, they met finally. and what did the president do? he said, well, i'm going to turn it over to my staff. i don't like your bill. i'm going to turn it over to my staff and we may meet again.

will he stay firm in insisting on the type of physical restraints that the house bill put in place? >> you will have to ask mitch that question, sean. i just know that we are trading in our future for today. with all of this spending. this spending and debt calculation is the underlying reason we have inflation. and know what, i don't want to default on america's debt. but this is an extraordinary opportunity for us to solve two problems at once and i just don't understand why president biden will not see it like that because if -- right now, mccarthy's plan is the only plan on the table and if the president rejects it, and causes america to default on its debt, he is a smoked turkey, and

>> i don't think that is the right word. they are not prepared. i think it was delivered, sean. i think they had all the tools in place when they entered office. that donald trump had stopped a live -- illegal immigration in 2019. and they decided that they did not want that. and they wanted people to come in. they did not care if they had background checks, whether they were going to be dependent on federal state or local entitlements, whether they spoke english, whether they had a high school diploma, they do not care about any of that. he just wanted to flood the zone as quickly as they could upon inauguration. they knew eventually 6 1/2 million to seven and a half million illegal entry would alienate everybody, even their own supporters as you showed. but they felt that they could at least get through the midterms and that would solve the problem. they put all of these new people and the question is, why would they do a stupid and cruel thing? i think the answer was they don't have confidence in their agenda. they don't feel that any of the

issues that we have seen have public support. you can see that in joe biden's approval ratings. they feel that if they can have a new constituency and turn states like california and nevada, new mexico, colorado, may be texas one day and arizona. blue from red and they can get a constituency that needs a larger government, and that is in their favor and the only thing they are worried about right now is the public relations and the optics because they feel like it is so egregious that they have no public support and it is going to alienate them. that is what they are worried about. privately, they think, wow, we pulled it off. we got 7 million people here illegally before they knew what was going on. that is all they care about. >> sean: there are many, professor, there are many countries that you could buy citizenship to. for example, in a country like australia, new zealand, it is very expensive. then there are other countries that are relatively inexpensive. you can buy a pass. you can have dual citizenship, for example. so you are saying this is
