great question, arthel. morale for the border patrol agents has been a very difficult. they have been dealing and now for the better part of two years with increasing numbers. because the agents have worried about title 42 lifting for a year it was six months ago. now it's finally going to lift. they are exhausted they could not be more determined and committed to the job they are ready for what it's coming. they're going to the best they can. looks to think them indeed and thank you for the update their life at the border griffin jenkins, thanks griffin. >> hunter biden is expected arkansas courtroom tomorrow but that after judge ordered ordered him to appear in child support dispute involving his 4-year-old daughter cb cotton joins us with the very latest on what to expect. >> eric, good evening to continue to fight over child support payment prompting hunter biden to had dems out tomorrow.

former president from members of congress. one of the most significant this week with senator steve daines in charge of the senate campaign committee. that was really significant. looking a lot more likely this magic could actually be happening. eric: what about the other side of the aisle? the president last night kept them laughing at the washington correspondents dinner, the white house correspondents dinner. poking fun at his age. how important you think that will be? >> it sounds like it's already front and center in this election. but a lot of folks behind the scenes are trying to point out the difference in ages between trump and biden are not that great. but, behind the scenes especially democratic strategists, a lot of them are looking and saying may be a matchup between trump and biden would be a good thing.
1:16 pm
but, there are also a lot of folks who are seeing well, lightning might not strike tw twice. the president may not fare well against trump and election this time. so do not underestimate trump. and i think we are all going to have to see how exactly this plays out. we have a very big primary season just around the corner. it is anyone's guess at this point. one is figuring out who's hats are in the rings and how it works now. so early and got the indictment of former president trump we have a potential indictment in georgia and you've got of course the jack smith investigation on january smith on generate six in the intelligence file. a lot can happen between now and the next few months. maybe do what peggy noonan wrote this weekend in the wall street journal she wrote biden versus trump in 2024, do not be so sure. if it starts it seems like americas once again locked into

1:18 pm
a big unknown is will trump actually participate? over the next couple of months we are really going to see a lot of movement. this is been a very slow process. we see nikki haley, asa hutchinson, but over the next couple of months we are expected to see potentially vp pence get in. desantis, tim scott, so there's going to be a very full group of people. the big question is, is trump going to be able to eliminate them one by one as we saw in the early 2016 cycle started with just jeb bush. so for member that he was the french writer and then proof. that debate by the way the republican debate will be here in the fox news channel. very quickly, watch the white house correspondents dinner last night it seems the president has made age getting out ahead of it is kind of ronald reagan with his debate with walter mondale said he would not make fun i am
