6:00 pm
>> brian: thanks for watching "fox news tonight." i'll be back here on fox news and friends. it's my privilege to toss over r the sean hannity who's already here to go according to all reports all reports. >> sean: reports are true. there's no excuse in the morning if you show up late. just because you work tonight. don't want to hear it. get a cup of coffee. >> brian: i will text you to tell you i'm on. >> sean: all right, brian. welcome to "hannity." a former cia director donald trump in the russian hoax. if you ever doubted it, there is a deep state, this is likely change your mind. investigative reporter john solomon, he'll join us and tell
6:01 pm
us the latest. he has all the details tonight. but tonight we begin at 1600 pennsylvania avenue where your buddy joe biden is heading back to the basement. his 2024 reelection bid is officially now under way so i guess that means we can expect to see a lot less of joe than usual and come up by the way, it's official. he has given fewer press conferences than any other president in the last 40 years and according to nbc news, it'll be several months before he even holds one single campaign event and no doubt those events will be you and far between. didn't even hold a rally to kick off his campaign today. instead the biden camp released a heavily edited preproduced video attacking of course maga republicans while attempting to make joe look loose and incapable, and other words everyone knows he's cognitively incapable of making such an announcement without screwing it up. but that is a preview of coming
6:02 pm
attractions. while republicans shake hands, kiss babies, take selfies, do press avails, town speeches, rallies, attend debates. joe biden will be hiding in his bunker while his campaign and floods the airways with negative ads and negative campaigns. by the way, biden's campaign strategy is to be out of sight, out of mind, it's unclear how he's going to run the basement bunker campaign because he doesn't have covid as an excuse like last time. democrats, they have no other choice for they see joe is simply too weak to come too frail, such a cognitive mess that he cannot pull this off without it becoming a political disaster. as of now, 7 out of 10 americans do not want joe biden to run for a second term. a majority of democrats they prefer somebody else and according to a harvard harris poll, nearly 60% of voters have doubts about biden and his mental fitness and nearly 70% say that he's too old to be
6:03 pm
president. here's a very liberal editorial boards. i don't often quote "the new york times." they don't particularly like me. biden should take voters concerned about his age seriously. "the new york times" is saying this. the article notes what is a glaring omission in biden's most recent physical. "his cognitive abilities when unmentioned in the." the times continues, "if he runs again, mr. biden will need to provide exquisite reassurance to voters, many of them who have seen many family members declined in their 80s." mark my words, there will be no explicit reassurance at all. he has refused to take a cognitive test and publish the results. you might recall that president trump did the same thing and passed with flying colors. his results were great. everybody knows that joe biden would not do well because he's a cognitive wreck. you don't have to be a brain surgeon. here he is today attempting to attack republicans. take a look. >> the speaker, the former
6:04 pm
president, the maga extremists were cut from a different cut. cloth. they treat these folks... they think they are a threat. they think that somehow we are going to go back. the threat that maga republicans poses to take us to a place we've never been. the one that's the best they could produce. short time later, biden tried to do so by america's supply chain. take a look at this. >> people didn't think i knew what the heck a supply chain was. i'm serious. you said two and a half years ago the supply chain. really bright people... yeah the... well... guess what? because of the pandemic, that factory shut down in asia, they had no idea that they were
6:05 pm
supplying essential materials to us. >> sean: i'm serious. come on, man? does that seem like the guy who grasped the complexities of the iran, the mullahs, kim jong un, north korea, our allies are all watching this. troubles don't end there. joe was detached from reality. today he proudly announced that his economic plan is a massive success except for all the bad things that are happening that have nothing to do with him. take a look. >> the first pandemic disrupted the supply chain causing prices to rise across the board. putin's war in ukraine disrupted energy supplies and food supplies. energies pay for murder and prescription drugs and any advanced country on earth for the same exact drug.
6:06 pm
our economic plan is working. you know have to finish the job and there is more to do. >> sean: joe biden is 80 years old. he's been in washington, the swamp now, for over five decades. you need a little more time to perfect his economic vision. four more years. that's it. in reality, biden resent everything that is wrong with washington. his economic, energy policies, they've caused economic troubles for almost american. he's a career politician, a longtime grifter. he takes his responsibilities for nothing. he blames trump for everything. he's never worked a single day in the private sector unless you count his role atop the family biden's in the camp that made a ton of money. but despite a variety of llcs and shell calibrations, that syndicate is not a private entity, is it? since biden's private office is a sole commodity of the
6:07 pm
syndicate. we have many more to veltman's coming up in a moment but beyond the blatant corruption, biden is known around town for three things, he's a plagiarize, serial liar, ego bigger than his own brain, and worst of all to quote former president barack obama, don't underestimate joe biden's ability to f things up. humiliated america and afghanistan, failed to deter vladimir putin in europe. you won't hold china accountable for anything, not covid, not the giant spy balloon that floated all over alaska and the continental u.s. collecting secret data about our new quick abilities right in plain sight and meanwhile biden poked so much money into the economy that inflation reached a 40 year record high and is still going up. also restricted oil and gas production in this country. that caused energy prices and the price of everything you buy in any store you go to to skyrocket and of course, energy dependency on country we all know hate our guts.
6:08 pm
this by all of his vaccine and mask mandates, more americans died from the covid under biden's first year, under his watch, then under donald trump fearless not forget the crisis at the border. americans immigration system is a train wreck and he wants it that way because he's inviting people in. he's not enforcing the laws of this country. speaking of that supply chain, that's a train wreck. the energy grid is a train wreck, the economy is a train wreck. america is lafe less safe, less secure. i think america deserves better. here now with more on biden's big announcements today white house correspondent our own jacqui heinrich is with us. well, it wasn't with a lot of fanfare but it was an announcement. >> brian: the calculus seems to be that president >> the calculus seems to be that president biden can win in 2020 with a mostly online campaign.
6:09 pm
it's less about him than it is about trump. biden announced his reelection bid on social media with no event or fanfare, no questions from reporters. officials redirected us to the campaign citing the only contact we have is a generic email address. biden's announcement video does not announce an achievement from his time in office but says he needs four more years to finish the job, defending democracy from extreme threats to abortion rights, social security despite g.o.p. leadership emphatically saying that cuts to senior entitlements are off the table. this reportedly shot over a weekend this month but it recycles themes from 2020 and the midterms with no mention of top voter concerns like inflation, border security, crime, and china. but if he wins a second term, biden would be 86 years old when he leaves office and despite pressure to show everyone that
6:10 pm
his age is not an issue, there is no big blitz of campaign stops on the horizon. his advisors just want him to keep being president because there is no serious primary challenge ahead, sean. >> sean: likes to hang out at the beach, 40% of his presidency has been spent there. not a bad life. jacqui heinrich, thank you. we appreciate it. joe biden is now the oldest major presidential candidate in the history of the country and even some of his supporters, his biggest supporters, are clearly concerned about his cognitive decline to take a look. >> the president is going to have to deal with age. is 80 years old. i might add i'm 82. i do believe he's up to the task and that is something that we cannot just read ted is not on people's minds. so i think he has to show the energy that he's been showing
6:11 pm
over the last several months. >> sean: joe biden can barely saunter across the white house lawn. going to have far fewer press conferences than any of his predecessors. he spends around 40% of his time on vacation. not exactly sure what energy that james clyburn is witn witnessing. with more, former white house physician texas congress min ronny jackson. you are the doctor for both president obama and president trump, correct? >> that's right. and bush. >> and bush. you gave the cognitive test at donald trump and you told him when you gave that test you must release the results and they are going to be what they are going to be period. right? >> absolutely. i told him what the down side was as if the down side was if you don't do well the public is going to hear about it. it's the way it is. we released all the information from his physical exam and cognitive exam for all the objective information was given to the press and i stood up in
6:12 pm
front of the press and defended it for an hour and 15 minutes. sean: the interesting thing is i've looked at it. it is not a particularly easy test, is it? >> no, it's not. a lot of things they can do out there. the unfortunate reality is you have an angry confused old man leading our country right now. this is an unacceptable reality for us but he tells people that if you're concerned about my cognitive or mental abilities, i want you to watch me. we are watching him, sean, we are terrified right now. we are terrified. i served three presidents. i know what it takes mentally tomato mentally, physically to do his job. this man is a walking disaster right now. going to get us into trouble. i'm sounding the alarm bells every single day right now for this man is going to get us into a war with china, russia, iran, north korea pete he's incompetent. he cannot... he'll probably not make it the remainder of the two years and
6:13 pm
this term. to think he's going to try to serve another four years after that and be our commander in chief and head of state for six years? it's terrifying for this man doesn't know where he's at or what he's doing. it's absolutely crazy. he on the left knows it too. >> sean: i'm more concerned that russia knows that, north korea knows it, our allies know it. there seems to be a great danger. i call it the new axis of evil and that's china, russia, iran. they are peeling away some of our allies that donald trump had paid that it be saudi arabia, egypt, the uae. they seem to be forming alliances that i didn't think would be possible in two short years. the question is does everybody around him know that? in other words his family has got to see what we see. why isn't there anybody in that family that goes up the pops, as hunter says and says dad, it's
6:14 pm
time. cared too much about you to continue. >> their ability to work in the white house, live in the white house day in and day out. whether it's his family or senior staff, it's all tied to the fact that he's the president president of the united states. when he's not president anymore, they are influenced and their authority all goes away. it evaporates the day he leaves. these are people that are not concerned with the survival, not concerned about the future and the well-being for our kids. people concerned about tomorrow and the influence they have tomorrow. it's pathetic. it's very unpatriotic. it's un-american. everyone can look at this guy and see he's not the man -- go ahead, sean. >> sean: it really isn't age. >> now, it's not. bernie sanders is a year older than him. one bernie sanders seems very sharp to me.
6:15 pm
>> of course he is. >> sean: donald trump did an interview with me, did one with mark levine. having a serious conversation, totally and completely in touch of where he is in very, very articulate. but that's not joe biden. but go ahead. >> that's not joe biden. that's a perfect example, sean. bernie sanders is a year older than biden is. the man is very articulate. if you listen to bernie sanders talk, he's crazy, you aren't confused about what he's trying to do and what is equating to you. donald trump is 4-5 years younger than him. the man can stand up unprompted without any teleprompter and he can talk for two hours and he's very articulate and very easy to understand and very easy to relate to. this man, he thinks is going to campaign for the next two years from the basement like he did last year and that the press is going to protect him.
6:16 pm
he did his rollout, from crying out loud, from a very heavily edited area. they are going to sequester this guy, keep him out of the press and just hope that he can campaign from the basement again. it's not going to work. >> sean: he's not going to debate kennedy or any other candidate if they come on board. appreciated as always. while biden is rocking up failures, south dakota a shining example of what good leadership can do. this state is home to the lowest unpleasant rate in history. kristi noem is with us. i mean not only do you have the lowest unemployment state in history but my understanding is that you have 25,000 job openings that may or may not require a license or any specific skill set. is that true? >> it is true and we have people
6:17 pm
interested in moving the south dakota to fill those jobs. we've done all the work to have a licensing rep atrocities so somebody wants to move to south dakota and needs a license to practice no matter what state they come from. today i announced an historic investment in apprenticeship programs. we'll train teachers in the classroom to be teachers, train plumbers on the job, electricians, bundlers come a cosmetologist's. you can earn a wage while you get that license and further your career. sean, what south dakota is doing is incredible. in spite of in spite of the headwinds that president biden and is a ministrations are sending our way, we are being innovative and it's because we have given our people the freedom to make decisions for themselves and when they bring us big ideas we go after them and make them happen here. >> sean: let me make sure if i understand this. if you have a medical license in another state you can move the south dakota and it would be valid there my nursing license, any license at all?
6:18 pm
>> immediately. immediately. >> sean: very smart. >> yeah. 3,000 jobs immediately that would be filled today of people decided to move here. we've actually gone out and identified people across this country that are interested in moving the south dakota. to fill these open jobs. we are talking to them about housing, the school system, the unity they'd like to be a part of an specifically individually recruiting them to come fill in our jobs we have it open. the state that has the workers, abilities positions to be successful and that's a state that's going to win in our state has been waiting for years since i've been governor when we begin to do so and send an example for our country. >> sean: there's a period in north dakota where they were paying people to train them to drive a truck in the energy sector. they would make an average of about 125,000 grand a year. many people that were making 35, 40, 50 grand a year move to
6:19 pm
north dakota and they started making real money. tget a new truck, got a new car, whatever they wanted and it literally transform their lives. it seemed like some states get it, other states get it, i don't understand the states with higher taxes. that's why people live in those states. >> i think that's exactly right. incomes are going up faster than anywhere else in the country and this year we didn't raise taxes, we cut them. we don't have an income tax. we have a sales tax that was at $0.4.5 per dollar. we cut that down the 4.2 only cut the unemployment tax and save millions of dollars out of our taxpayers and businesses 'pockets. looking for opportunities to let people keep their money in the best. they are thriving because of it.
6:20 pm
joe biden's announcement videos was one of the weirdest things i've ever seen as far as talking about freedom and lack of vision. i was looking at that thinking what does this guy defined as freedom and if people really want to see if they need to come visit us in south dakota. just pack up and move because you are going to want to stay here. >> sean: you shut me down the last time but i have to ask the obligatory question i don't blame you for shutting me down. there is a lot of talk that you might be considering getting into the presidential race. the nominating and part of the race. are you considering in any way, shape, matter, form a matter for the presidency? >> i'm super focused here, sean, and south dakota. i'll tell you, this country cannot afford four more years of joe biden. we need new leadership and leadership that loves this country. not one -- >> sean: can i push a little harder? that's not enough. >> you can. i don't know if it's going to do you any good but you sure can. >> sean: going to give it a
6:21 pm
shot. but that is not a no. would you consider it, are you considering it? >> it's not a know. also, sean can we've got so many people that are talking about it and running that i think it's best if i stay focused where i am and continued to visit with my family and pray and do the best thing that we think is right for our family. but also still continue to serve this country because we need people that'll step up and do hard things these days to solve our problems. if i had an answer that was clear, i give it to you today. >> sean: that is half unknow, and may be a possibility. when we come back, john sullivan feared breaking news. investigate report. sector blink and finding himself in hot water yet again. we'll explain all of that. stephen miller will check in tonight. while straight ahead. just to hike to the bathroom.

>> sean: breaking tonight, former cia director who played a very key role in the hunter biden laptop cover up. according to john solomon, investigative reporter the same official was the same members of the intel community to falsely accuse donald trump of being a russian asset. going back to 2016. how long has mike merrill been playing dirty politics on behalf of the democratic party. here with the latest, editor in chief of just news.com, are good friend john solomon is with us. >> good to be here, sean. >> sean: we know now that at the heart along with tony blinken of getting 51 former intel officials to say that this has all the earmarks,
6:27 pm
meaning hunter biden's laptop of russian disinformation campaign, correct? >> correct. the same pattern repeats itself. a lot of people didn't pay attention -- >> sean: slow down. i want to stay on 2020 and work my way back because you broke really big news tonight and i want people to understand the significance of it. >> sean: sure. >> they >> sean: they have 51 intel members pay the broke that laptop in 2017, correct? >> they had authenticated by the spring of 2020. >> sean: you know that for a fact? >> i do. >> sean: that's news to me. never knew they authenticated it. even in hunter biden's laptop in 2019, you say that i dedicated it d you authenticated it, why did they left fbi agent speaking weakly with big tech companies in months leading up to the 2020 presidential election warning them that they may be victims of
6:28 pm
disinformation campaign. it may be about hunter and joe biden? and that ended up with "the new york post" story being censored. >> that's a great question but one of the unanswered question the attorney general's of louisiana that we are trying to get to the bottom of it one of the questions, jim jordan is methodically giving these bombshell interviews, getting to the bottom of. something that james comer is trying to figure out. there is a disconnect. we know three things. we know that there is authentication spraying, and the witness was questioned by some of the emails of the fbi. they knew that they were going to be authentic and they wanted an understanding of it. when dni radcliffe goes public and says there is no evidence of a russian disinformation operation, that directly challenges the claim of 51, they say they had nothing to add to dni radcliffe saying they basically affirmed dan i
6:29 pm
radcliffe's claims. the fbi was on both sides of this beer that's what most people fear right now. we've got to get into the actual facts before we can fully understand it. that's where jim jordan some of the attorney general's, james comer are doing right now. >> sean: warned president barack obama that hillary clinton's campaign was conjuring up a russia scandal to harm donald trump. a week later, this same mike morel that we are talking about in 2020 that helped organize the 51 former intel people to say that hunter's laptops wasn't real. going b back to 2016 he wrote an op-ed in "the new york times" and cited his cia experience to make the trump allegation that he was colluding with russia and endorsed clinton for president and he said in the intel business we say that mr. biden
6:30 pm
recruited mr. trump as an unwitting agent of the russian federation, he said. take us from there. he's at the bottom of both of these massive campaign disinformation lies that they put out here. >> brian: let me walk you up. at that time being advised by joe sullivan, advisor hillary clinton was behind the hacking of the emails of the dnc and a few days later the cia director john brennan, walks into president obama mother and the president, and says we have intelligence that hillary clinton is you need to be aware of this. a week after that, mike morel goes out. sisyncs with the hillary clinton
6:31 pm
campaign claim and says trump has been recruited by vladimir putin unwittingly pay that's a big allegation that by the way has been disproven. he did not even... bob mueller what all the resources he had couldn't find such a claim. that comes out and the story starts to hold where they start building with the dossier and the clinton campaign was blowing this up at the end of the election as a dirty trick, mike morel right in the middle of this and he's sitting so closely like what he was in the biden campaign in 2020. >> sean: if you doubted there is a deep state, this is it that you uncovered all of it and there's a lot more to come. john sullivan, we appreciate it. they are now calling on secretary of state tony blinken to resign over the allegations that he was in fact behind the infamous letter from 51 former intel officials falsely claiming that hunter biden's laptop was
6:32 pm
part of this russian disinformation campaign that fbi officials were warning big tech about. the letter was used by the media mob, joe biden himself on the debate stage to completely shut down any discussions of the very real laptop. john said that the fbi verified it was real in the spring of 2020. anyway, here's a reminder. >> 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what he is accusing me of is a russian plant. they have said that this has all the five former heads of the cia both parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage. >> more than 50 former intelligence officials signed onto a letter yesterday saying that "the new york post" story about hunter biden's emails has "all the classic earmarks of a russian disinformation campaign." this is what the president is just talking about. the letter signatory span four administrations including the current one and include former
6:33 pm
cia director's john brennan, michael hayden, and leon pan panetta. >> today more than 50 former intelligence officers say trump phony hunter biden scandal has all the homes of russian disinformation. >> high level agents, people who worked in the intelligence agencies have come out and said that this is most likely russian propaganda. >> every intelligent professional i've talked to the last 24 hours said that this walks like a russian intelligence information campaign, talks like russian intelligence disinformation campaign. this was most likely russian intelligence disinformation campaign against the biden campaign. >> blinking likely behind this campaign but we are now learning thanks to foxnews.com that hunter and tony blinken have a close relationship dating back to 2015. with reaction, to go down my former advisor to
6:34 pm
all these allegations, it seems that they all put cinder blocks on the scales of a presidential election not once but twice, stephen. >> this is one bombshell revelation after another. to central architects of these deep state plots to interfere in our elections and to falsely slander donald trump as an agent of russia. if you look at tony blinken, one of the revelations you just mentioned, sean, is the extent and coziness of his relationship with hunter biden to the point where he and hunter, well, the sector estate using tony lincoln's private email with
6:35 pm
hunter than forwarding those exchanges to his business partners while hunter is raking in ukrainian cash. what are these two go meeting about. what are hunter and tony blinken talking about with each other while hunter is making all this money. and you have years later tony blinken apparently being the person who's set in motion the chain of events to create the letter that we heard all that sound from where 51 intelligence operatives falsely attempted to discredit the laptop we know is extremely real. all arrows point to tony blinken. this man has to be deposed. he has to be hauled before congress he has to be put under oath and what we have here is a conspiracy to interfere and obstruct the american election and if we can put someone in jail for a meme, you can press
6:36 pm
criminal charges in this case. >> sean: certainly an investigation, conspiracy to basically throw an election to one candidates. stephen miller, thank you. appreciate it. the never-ending speed trump witch hunt continues. hunter biden, he has now been ordered to appear in court as the dispute over his 4-year-old daughter is heating up. gregg jarrett gregg jarrett, ari fleischer reacts straight ahead

6:40 pm
i am 89 years old and my wife is 80, both with no arthritis, no allergies, no aches or pains of any kind - nothing! all because of immuno 150. now, check the number of minerals in the product you take. don't be surprised if you don't find more than 12. order immuno 150 to see what 70 minerals can do for you. order now. you'll be glad you did. >> sean: another week, another witch hunt. in the great state of new york, this time president trump is facing a 30-year-old allegation in the civil case brought by a writer named ej and carol who doesn't seem to remember when

terms of finances, right? >> exactly. if you want to know how heartless the bidens are, take a look at this case. this sad case. the biden, the first lady, hunter biden don't even have the decency to admit or acknowledge that this is a dna test, kicking and screaming. the judges in buying it. millions of dollars from his influence peddling slowing down mike's schemes. one of the last hearings, is this your client's laptop? said, as far as i know, it's not

my client's laptop. to which the judge said, i want to question your client. bring him in bright and early monday morning. issuing an order, he's got to be here. everybody knows it's hunter biden's laptop. it self authenticating with all the photographs, selfies he took of himself with crack pipes and. hunter biden is trying to weasel out of the laptop the same way he is trying 2 out of taking responsibility for his own daughter he is despicable and it's shameful. but it's classic biden. >> sean: why wouldn't joe and joe biden recognize a daughter. it donald trump it that? >> it would be donald trump all day, all night, all networks.
6:44 pm
they bent over backwards to do everything that hunter asked them to do. if hunter says i'm going to have business deals and not let anybody tell about them, joe biden has history of bending over backwards to make life easier for his son. we all suspect that his son made life easier for the father by bundling the mod dell make money he received from his lobbying efforts abroad and how does he have a beach house in delaware on the senators salary. that is a family history. i'm just glad hunter is getting a hold of the court. it's appropriate if you want to get answers. there is still the tax evasion charges on the federal level and the falsification of a form to purchase a gun in which he lied in that form. those are serious crimes, misdemeanors, and a felony he may get charge for federally. >> sean: let me asked about the civil case with e jean
