larry: there is goes, joe biden trying to end gasoline powers cars. won't give up, fox business grady trimble live from dc with gory details. reporter: good afternoon. the biden administration says this new rule from epa will reduce tail pipe emissions from cars to fight climate change and save you money on gas because you will be driving an electric vehicle. the epa projects up to 56 percent of all new vehicles solid will be electric. between 2030 and 2032.

you will remember the original epa proposal called for over 2/3 of new vehicles to be electric 8 years from now. white house still wants to reduce irk i emissions by same amount, it gives auto makers flexibility to choose how they want to achieve the emissions target, to come up with their own combinations of vehicles, as long as they might the target, on its face final rule looks less aggressive than initial proposal. but republicans like senator john barrasso don't like it and will fight to over turn it and out of touch biden administration is trying to force americans into expensive electric vehicles they don't want, don't need and con congress a-- kncan't afford.
