asking for elections in the middle of a war. >> he should and we should turn to the israelis and say you have to eradicate hamas as a terrorist organization and the good going to raw for in the whole idea with two state solution between day and the palestinians has gone away when you go into israel you have to realize that they understand this is a long-term event that will have to take place in bringing the palestinians back into the fold. i remind everybody it took us 12 years to bring the south back into the north after the civil war with reconstruction it's going to take a long time because 85% of the palestinians in gaza approved of the operation by the battalions when they went into israel on the seventh of october, they're going to have to do a reeducation campaign if they want to bring the men for assimilation this is not something short-term but a cease-fire is long-term we which

by the way we don't know where they're at or how many there are and people should stop talking about two state solution is awkward to happen when you get on the ground you realize that. israel has gone from a country to a center-right because of what happened the seventh of october it is going to take a long time for them to come back. maria: i have to ask you about haiti well i have you. pentagon officials are telling arms committee members that they're prepared to evacuate u.s. citizens in haiti at any time. officials say they've lifted embassy staff out of the country but a number of americans remain in haiti and some may be looking to leave. the u.s. southern command sunday to specialize marine antiterrorism unit to haiti to protect the embassy and evacuate personnel as haiti's most powerful gang leader took over the country forcing prime minister ariel henry to step down. we've been showing pictures of the barbecue guy.
6:48 am
what are your thoughts in terms of getting these americans out we just spoke with cory mills who is masterful and done a good job in terms of getting people out he said there could be 100 more or more americans still in haiti right now. >> there is a bigger picture to this, when we were in haiti that is the seventh embassy that we have evacuated under president biden we have 0 under president trump, part of that is destabilization in the world and the congressman is right getting people out we need to get them out that are nonessential to move them out but don't evacuate your embassy that is basically home and you have to keep that in place in this administration whistles past the graveyard and let that go there is destabilization in haiti and i think we need look at what's happening with governor desantis in florida he's right you will have to protect yourself against

the people i came across from haiti at the last time the good have to prevent that as well in haiti is totally destabilized is been that way for a long time and we've actually taken no action to help them stabilize the government and that's by keeping people in place in our embassy. maria: great to talk with you. thank you so much for your insights, keith kellogg, we appreciate your time. the power panel is coming up in the 8:00 a.m. hour, hear from kellyanne conway and morgan ortagus on the biggest stories in the power hour at 8:00 a.m. fox business kelly o'grady is here with a look at tiktok into wants to buy the company now and avoid a national ban. >> the senate will have to take up the bill but buyers are already circling and they are hungry i'll tell you who might be shopping for tiktok and whath challenges the deal could face. that ie est s next. est? stay hey enough to enjoy it.
