on the 12th of march , 99 hungary, enjoying the strongest alliance in the world, the dream of many genat came true. there's no better place to celebrate the special anniversary than the white house. courageous decisions were made right here in the capitol of the united states by both democrats d republicans. nato expanded poland joined the free world, the west where it has always belonged to. and for the courageous decisions and their unwavering support i would like to thank all the americans. i stress the thanks to you mr. president bearing in mind at this time you are one of the leaders of the support u.s. senate succession to nato.
