[applause] [applause] >> thank you, thank you so much. good to see you [applause] you all seem a little restless. well thank you >> thank you so much, mr. speaker, madame president and our fellow citizen 2024 is going to be a banner year for the freee state of florida.

>> those folks impacted know the state of florida stands with you and we'll handle whatever dangerous tornadoes. we are as a country in the midst of a great upheaval and we see this throughout the land. and under the current administration in washington, hopelessness at record level, 62% of americans are i living paycheck to paycheckfederal buds expected to hit $2 trillion this year.

cities decayed and san francisco following f in a doom loop and crime, hope eviscerated the quality of life in the city. other states enacted a spark of exodus of their resident out of their states and in illinois, residents saddled with high taxes and spendthrift politicians continue to spend and borrow at some of the highest rates in the nation with massive unfunded liability that will require even higher taxes in the future. soft on crime policies devastated safety in major cities like chicago. chicago's per capita tripled and they've faced $68 billion budget deficit. violent crime is up, robbery up and recent stanford university study show businesses are leaving in groves.

unemployment rate is 50% lower than that of new york. it's not surprising given that and we've witness it had and continue to witness a great migration of americans away from cities and states pursuing the failed policies and florida serving as refuge of freedom and sanity. >> these failures are not the result of chance. they are the result of choice
