[applause] i have to say. there is somebody in the state of missouri who hasn't heard what you have been telling her. there is somebody, it's true. there is somebody who hasn't been willing to work with the president of the united states. that somebody is claire mccaskill. she has not listen to you. do you know, senator mccaskill said the border wall is embarrassing. that's what she said.

embarrassing. she said she has mocked the president for wanting to build it. now, she is sponsoring the most radical open borders bill ever introduced to congress. it's terrible. she wants to raise your taxes. she said she will vote no on judge kavanaugh. i don't know who she's with, but she's not with the state of missouri here's what i have to say. in 2016, this man and you made history. in 2016. house -- she re sealed her true colors who she he pretended to tour the state in an rv while she was actually flying around the state in her luxurious private airplane. and honestly, this is before i ever thought about running -- we decided to run. how did we do? how did we do? a senator, good guy, said to me the other day, very interesting; be were talking about, frankly, judge kavanagh. and i said we have to fight for him. not worry about the other side. and by the way, women are for that more than anybody would understand. and a really good guy.

we usually -- he said, sir, i've number -- bon in politics 25. >> ban senator for many years. really know what i'm doing. i said, sir, i've been in politics for two and a half years, and i'm the president of the united states. markets is up 55%. your 401(k)s, your 401(k)s, are up 50, 60, 70% in some cases. they get in and that wealth is going disappear very quickly. it will evaporate. it will. claire mccaskill voted no on tax cuts. and that's tax cuts for the middle class families and she voted for the disaster that we're holding together, we had it defeat unfortunately but unfortunately we lost a certain vote and lost all of the democrat votes. we lost every democrat. would have saved a trillion dollars and we would have given you great health care but we still well. we need some more republicans. we need josh but we need more republicans. no. they don't say she spent five times more money. the old days, if you spend less money and win, that's good thing. nobody ever says -- do i say i spent 25% of the money she spent? here's the thing. then they said, wait a minute, oh, no. remember the firewall? the firewall. the guarantee. she spent a fortune. was going to be the great state of north carolina. and we love them and they're going threw lot tonight. we love them. we say prayers for them. and south carolina. north carolina, south carolina. south carolina is going to be hit really hard tomorrow at 3:00. that water is pouring down. it's on its way. going to be horrible but they are ready. was just there. so while we talk about them i have to say, god is with you. we are with you. and we have the best first

responders, military, law enforcement, and fema. the best in the world. and they're ready. they're all equipped so we'll be there. we're all ready. they'll be okay. but you remember all of that. so then we won the firewall, north carolina. we won south carolina easily but that was expected. but then we won the fivewall. donald trump has won the state of north carolina. now they the hand is quivering. you know the board and that board is becoming redder and redder. and they say, whoa. [cheering] that a state i love, pennsylvania, hasn't been won in a long time. hasn't been won in a long time. republics all think they'll win pennsylvania but never.

do we were way up in pennsylvania with only 2% of the vote left and then 1% of the vote left and if if lost every single vote i won it by a lot. they refused to call it. i said, wait a minute. if i lose every vote, i win it. why aren't they -- took them until 2:00 in the morning. they refused. that's when wisconsin and michigan kicked in, surprisingly, except not surprisingly to us because we go and would have crowds like this, and i kept saying, she had 400 people. had 32,000. explain. why are we going to lose this state? why do we lose this state? [cheering] and we didn't. and we didn't. that was a great evening. one of the greatest nights in the history of our country, but one far less importantly one of the greatest nights in the history of television. they did very well. they're doing very well on our backs. the so-called resistance doesn't

accept the will of the american people. they don't believe you have the right to run your own country. control your own lives or defend the nation's borders. traditions. and heritage. but the american people will never, ever be silenced. you'll never be silenced. [cheering] we'll never be intimidated and this november you will make your voice heard just like you did two novembers ago in the most exciting evening for a long time. maybe ever. also at stake in this election is medicare. republicans want to protect medicare. democrats want to raid medicare to pay for their socialism. will end up being another

month on the border. we took in and arrested more illegals coming across -- many of these were not good people. than we have ever done before. ever done before. and if they'd let us build the wall faster, i if congress could give us those funds -- the thick do best is build. i could build the whole thing in a year. we're building a billion-six, another billion-six, but a lot of people have promised us, right after the election, they're going approve the rest of the wall. let's see if they keep their promise. let's see. let's see. but it's getting built anyway. it's not easy. we're building it. not easy. people think it's easy. schumer and pelosi have bigger things. but the thing they want to obstruct and resist the most,

even though they were in favor of a wall in 2006. they were in favor. ask israel whether or not a wall works. it works. it works. and by the way, speaking of israel, the embassy is now open and happily living in jerusalem. it would have been 25 years before it was built. the story -- you know the story. our great ambassador, david freedman, one of the most successful lawyers in new york, he loves israel. he wanted to be the ambassador. put them there. and people were pressing for israel and they were pressing for jerusalem to be the capital. move the embassy. what happens is every president

for many, many presidents, said we ear going to do it then they lied. didn't have the guts to do it and i know why, because when it was obvious to people i wanted to do it, i was called by virtue ever leader in he -- virtually every leader in the world. people calling me, please don't do it, please don't do it. and i got a little bit tired of trying to be nice so the last week i just didn't take their calls. and i said, i'll call them back in a week. kings, queens, president, prime ministers, dictators. they're all calling. they all worry. they -- that's why the other presidents didn't do it. i've never had such pressure put on -- everybody was going, don't do it. so i said i'll call them back after i do it. then i say, hi, you ever do this? get me so and so. prime minister so and so. it was just approved.

so a day later, hi, how are you doing, what's up? and they go, well, we called for a certain reason but that's okay. but the great story is, i had a bill essentially on my desk for the embassy cost in israel. i said, how much is that? i'm sorry. what's this? sir, that's the embassy in israel. i said what is it? sir, that's going to cost approximately $1.1 billion. i said, whoa. we know how to build. two friends of mine are builders right here. they haven't spent that much in their whole life and built a hell of a lot of stuff. like it's a one story building, right? $1.1 billion, sir. i actually had it half signed. i had "donald" on it ump called david and said, let me ask you

commonwealth want to spend $1.1 billion on the embassy. it's crazy. it's crazy. he said, could i call you back? i have an idea. said call me back. he knows israel really well. so we own a piece of land in jerusalem. he said it's the best location. we have a lot of great locations because we're there early. like post offices are great locations because you're there early. anytime you get a post office, good location. so david said there's a piece of land we have that's faction. it has a building on it. i'd like too look at. i. calls me back and said it's fantastic. we can do everything we are supposed to do and there's a building on it and, sir, you don't have to spend 1.1 billion. said what do you think will cost to renovate the building he said $190,000. i said, what?

he said, yeah. it's the best site you can have. we're the best site. very big. you want setback for the obvious reasons. said 190,000? that almost -- does this make sense didn't sounds too cheap. he said no, we'll use the finest jerusalem stone. a beautiful stone. people use it, spend a lot of money. there they have a lot of jerusalem stone. glory jerusalem. but i said david will you do me a favor. let's do it but make it 400,000. make it beautiful, david. make it beautiful. he said, okay. so here's the story. 1.1 billion and it will never get built. wouldn't be built for 25 years. as opposed to 400,000, and we just opened the most beautiful embassy -- it's been open for seven months. so, we saved essentially over a billion dollars, actually we really saved 1.1 billion you want to know the truth but we saved 1.1 billion. we opened it up in four months. took four months women had the big ceremony. and it was -- just incredible. and the people love it. you know who loves it? evangelical christians love it. they love it. they love it. [cheering] we can do that in 100 different ways. could tell you story after story about costs where we're defending wealthy countries and not being reimbursed. we're defending wealthy, wealthy countries, and we're not being reimbursed. okay? so we're doing it step-by-step. go to the wealthiest countries in the world you know, we have

been defending you for 30-40 years. time you sort of help out a little bit here, folks. and they're going to do it. they're going to do it. a lot of them. they're going to do it. so this election, is about security, and it's about prosperity. the trade deals these trade deals are incredible. we didn't even negotiate them. they were ripping us -- we were being ripped off by allies allid enemy -- ripped off by anybody. so here's just some of our great achievementses. economic growth, the last quarter, hit 4.2%. unthinkable. ...

>> the number one the people are happy and number two the country saves a fortune. jobless claims fell to a 50 year low. we have created over 4 million new jobs since the election. [applause] we have lifted almost 4 million americans off food stamps saving a fortune, and they are happy. we have added nearly 400,000 new manufacturing jobs, remember? you will never have another manufacturing job. you'll never have another manufacturing job. i very soon, it is going to be 600,000. he saw apple, tim cook, their bringing in $350 billion and they're going to build facilities all over including a

campus in 230 billion is coming from offshore because of the new tax bill. they're spending it in our country. household incomes among hispanic americans have just set a new record. think of that. income from hispanic americans have set a new record. hispanic america on employment recently reached the lowest rates in recorded american history. [applause] african-american unemployment recently achieved the lowest rates ever recorded in our country history. [applause] remember, used to say what you have to loose, people would say you shouldn't say that and i

said of course i have to say. for years, african-americans voted for democrats and for a hundred years they were lied to. they were cheated. i said, what you have to lose? now, we have the best unemployment numbers in the history of our country for african-americans. and we have just started. we haven't even been here for two years. asian-american unemployment has also achieved all-time historic lows. the poverty rates for african americans and hispanic americans have reached their lowest levels in history. poverty rates are the lowest in history. youth unemployment has just reached its lowest rate in

nearly half a century. fifty years. unemployment fraud americans is important. without a high school diploma, recently reached the lowest rate ever recorded. that is somebody that never got through high school. but they are great people. for the women i failed. women on employment recently reached its lowest rate is 65 years. i'm sorry. sixty-five years. i failed for the women. but, within a short period of time is the best numbers of women and 65 years. within a short period of time it would be in history just like the others. i thought it was going to happen this week, i would have liked to said that. we are fixing one-sided trade deals that have stolen american jobs and drains american well. it's like candy from a baby, they took our money, our jobs, everything. they took dignity. we have reached a deal to replace nafta with a beautiful mexico trade deal. [applause] we are working on a separate deal with canada as we speak. we'll see what happens. canada is charging a lot of money. canada charges 300% tax for dairy products, 300%. i said you can't do that. so look, we love the canadians

on they've done well with us so were working with the deal for canada, probably it will happen if it doesn't will be well-off. we are cracking down on the unfair trade practices from china. china last year took out $500 billion from our country. 500 billion, we have rebuilt china. we have given them such wealth. were changing it. so we charge 25% of $50 billion worth of merchandise with tariffs coming in. then they said were going to do the same thing. we said that's okay, we'll go

200000000025%. chinese made goods and we will come back more if they retaliate. the problem is whether it's china or anybody, they've lived so long it takes a little while. then they take it for $500 billion a year and then they say one guy comes in other president should have done this. there's no way i should have been in this position. there is no way i should have been in the position where north korea and the united states were ready to go to war. were doing very well thereto. [applause] we have a very good relationship

they've been working on that relationship for like 72 years. i got back three months ago and the fake mu said the, we got back our hostages. we got back our beautiful heroes, remains, more is coming back. they're not testing rockets and missiles. they're not testing nuclear. so when do they get back? use their new one he's not moving fast enough. i've been back here for three months. the relationship is very good, chairman kim jong-un sent me a beautiful letter two days ago, they're dying to see what was in the letter, one day i will show them. it's a great letter.

let's see what happens i am in no rush. the sanctions remain. on like that cremate iran deal that i took away. look what happened to iran since we did that? riots in every city. when i took over and before i took over everybody said that iran will take over the middle east. now they want to survive. there are no longer looking at the mediterranean. hopefully will be able to do something with iran. if it happens good, if it doesn't that's okay. but they're not doing so well folks, they're pulling and people from all over. i hope we get along with him

great. it's not easy for them. frankly, it's not easy for others until we get treated with the respect that we deserve. [applause] to give our workers and businesses a level playing field, republicans pass the biggest package of tax cuts and reforms in american history. this year families in missouri will see a tax cut of more than $4 billion. thank you for billion, that's a missouri remake and healthcare affordable and accessible, were keeping down the cost, call it the remnants because getting rid of the individual mandate was a great thing. how many people are helped by that, i was the most unpopular thing and obama care.

you had the privilege of paying a fortune for not having to pay a fortune to have healthcare. that doesn't work. you paid a lot of money. that doesn't really work. we got rid of it. how many businesses were help by that. no more individual mandates. the worst thing and obama care. were giving critically ill patients access to life-saving medicine and new techniques and knew anything and right to try. they have been trying to pass that for 38 years they said we got a pass. now, somebody is really sick, if they had money they would travel over the world, they wanted hope they were trying to find something. they didn't have money they

didn't have a chance. now we have the greatest medicines in the world under review. if someone is terminally ill i want to give them the right to try. now, we give them the right to try. many lives will be saved because we have incredible things but somewhat be passed for another three or four years. it took 15 years to have that approved. were bringing it down to two, three, or format. fda. good job scott. we pass the largest veterans reform in half a century, including the landmark virginia accountability act. if a bad government worker abuses one of our great veterans, we turn to them and we

say, you are fired. [applause] that's a big deal, they been trying to do that for 45 years. i hate to say, a lot of respect for union but that's a tough thing to get by the unions and the civil servants, were rebuilding our military, it will soon be more powerful than it has ever been before. everything is being made in the usa. [applause] [applause] after years of depleting our military and letter basis and equipment fallen to total disrepair, we are now purchasing

the finest planes missiles, and artillery, nobody makes it like us, nobody is even close. we secured a record $700 billion for military this year that will do things, no countries even close. again, very on importantly by comparison, there is nothing more important than our military. there's nothing more important than protection especially the in the world in which we live. but, jobs are important. we understand there is no substitute this world for

american power in american strength at my direction, the pentagon is working hard to create a -- of the united states armed forces called space force. [applause] that would've been a dream five years ago. you have air force and you had space force. so, that's basically it, i could go on all night,. [applause] last night in las vegas we had a packed house. i took out all the things, and

every line there's another thing. we did a lot one of these very fine gentlemen in the back said, it's very strange, but she did more than he promise. i did much more than i promise. for years, you watch as your leaders apologize for america. now, you have a president who will never apologize for america but will only stand up for america. blood, sweat, and tears so that we could sit at home while others tear down their legacy, erase their history, and sacrifice our proud american heritage. [applause] our country and our movement, it's a movement. it may be the greatest movement in the history of our country. this wasn't about me, this is a movement. [applause] outside, you have thousands of people and i am telling you, if somebody else had one were take anybody else in the history of our country and tell them were coming to missouri to make a speech, if 300 people show up

seriously, a little conference room someplace you have to see what's outside, thinking your a lot of people come about doubling or tripling it outside. and josh says that. [applause] we put big screens outside because it's happening all over. we put big, beautiful screens. to all of the people outside, you're not as good in real estate as the people inside but we will get you next time. we love you anyway.
